I made my payment on the 18th which was the last day to pay without late fees. I took a snapshot of the payment where it shows in my gallery the day I took the picture. And in my bank statement shows the money was taken from my account on the 18th. Because payment in the system did not show payment til the next day I was charged a late fee and caused negative payment on my credit report. I called my institution and they said there is nothing they can do to correct it. It is not my fault that payment posted the next day. I paid at 10:23 on the 18th.
