I ordered a tshirt for my 9 year old son
I ordered a tshirt for my 9 year old son. It was a school shirt and I know that I double checked to make sure it was a youth shirt size medium. I was reluctant to order because of the price. With tax and shippping and my son's name on it the price was $40. My son came home excited to order because his teacher had told the class about the shirts and against my better judgement I went ahead and ordered. The website wasn't user friendly and immediately after I placed my order I emailed the site to ask about the sizing, which I should've done beforehand, but since it was in the evening I assumed I would hear back from the company the next day. I didn't hear back and received the order and it was an adult medium. I was first told that there was nothing they could do since they are custom and that is what I ordered. I proceeded to hear back from *** and was offered a 40% one time discount, which I have no other choice but to buy another over priced shirt because the one that was sent is enormous and it was no use going back and forth with a company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction and blamed me for the mistake. I have now been trying to reorder for the past 2 hours and I am having issues with their website. I would not recommend ordering from this company and I am not happy that the school is promoting it to the students.

I bought 3 things from this company on November 18th as a gift. I spent $105 on these things. When I gave them to the person, they told me that some of the info on the shirt was wrong. These were alumni shirts for a high school that's closing. I called the company to explain that the shirts have the right school and mascot, but the Est date is wrong. They told me, "Too bad, it's a stock date and what we use, you bought them." I said, "I know I bought them, but when you order something online representing a school, you expect the info to be right." Heather said she wouldn't do anything about it and called me rude. I said, "Okay, then I want to return them." She said, "We don't take returns either." A few hours later, I called again and talked to Lynne, who told me the same thing, without the rude part. She did offer me 40% off to buy MORE things from them and told me to donate the clothes I bought. I told them I wouldn't buy from anyone who doesn't stand behind their products. This is a disgrace the way they do business.
