I been waitin' on my order fo' a minute now, sent a bunch of emails tryna get my cash back but ain't nobody respondin' and they keep givin' me fake shipping info. It's been a whole month and all I been hearin' is lies. I wouldn't suggest this company to nobody.

I ain't buying from Shop So Real, LLC again. They messed up my order thrice. I ordered something for myself for Christmas, and it's almost May, and I still don't have the right thing. They told me to send it back for a replacement, but I gotta pay. It's the worst. Never again. And the thing I wore cost over $100, and it ripped.

I ordered from Shop So Real on 4/27. Because of COVID-19, I knew it might take a little longer to get my order. They sent me an email saying it would be delivered on 5/5, but it never came. I contacted Shop So Real on 5/12 and they said it wasn't their problem and I had to talk to the shipping company they picked. I thought they should have helped me, but I went to the post office and they said the package was empty and sent it back to Shop So Real. The post office manager said to ask Shop So Real for a refund. When I asked Shop So Real, they said they didn't send an empty package and I had to file a claim with the post office. Maybe it was empty or stolen, but I never got it. I didn't think it was my job to file the claim because the form asked me questions like I was the sender. I didn't know the answers, so I asked my bank for help. I didn't feel like Shop So Real helped me at all. I spent my money and got nothing. Another company lost my order, but they didn't tell me to talk to the shipper or file a claim. They just sent me another order right away.

I'm getting pretty frustrated because I was really looking forward to wearing them. I've tried contacting customer service but haven't gotten a response yet. I hope they can figure out what's going on soon because I don't want to have to cancel my order. Overall, I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and slow shipping.

I bought stuff from this company on April 24th. But I never got my order. I just want my stuff or my money back. I got some things from this company when they were having a sale on April 24th. I got a multi Camouflage Two Piece for $83.00. I got the one that's orange camo on the left arm and green camo on the right arm in medium size. My order number is #XXXXXSR. I emailed them last week of May, and they said they gave me a refund. But I checked my bank and PayPal, and I didn't get any refunds from them. I want my stuff or my money.

I ordered 2 outfits from Shop So Real on June XX, XXXX. They sent me a message saying my stuff had been shipped with a tracking number. When I looked at the tracking number, it said both items were coming together. On June 17, I received a message saying both of my items had been delivered. I was home the whole time, but not one of my items was delivered. I called them on June 18 and told them I never received my package and it said both had been delivered. I told them I was home the whole time and never received my packages. The lady on the phone said, "Well, we sent one item in that was delivered yesterday and your other item will be there on Saturday." I like how when it says both items were delivered, then she says, "Well, we can't do anything once it leaves the warehouse. You have to call the post office." I called the post office, but they couldn't help me. I feel like this company is a fraud and they are stealing people's money. How is it that I received a message saying both items had been delivered, but when I call, only one was? They never sent out the order. They took my $60 and now they're trying to cover it up by saying they only sent out one outfit. They also sent me a whole new tracking number that I never received the first time. I just want people to know that this company is a scam and they are stealing people's money. They say they can't give you credit because it's on their site. Once the item leaves the warehouse, they are not responsible.

This store is terrible! Customer service is a joke. I ordered a nude flex set, but they sent me a black one instead. When I contacted them, they told me to return it for the correct color. I tried it on to make sure it fit, but never wore it. When I returned it, they claimed it was in bad condition and wanted me to pay $11 to get it back. I refused, since it was their mistake. They wouldn't send it back without payment, so I never got my item or a refund. The employees are rude and unprofessional. I won't shop here again.

I ordered a couple of things from Shop So Real in November and got everything except one item. It's now January and I still haven't received it. The customer service is terrible. I ordered two pairs of boots for $200 to go with outfits I bought from them before. I was excited to get them, but when I checked the tracking, it wasn't moving. I contacted USPS and they said my package was in the same spot in Copell, TX for two weeks. They thought there might be a problem with the labeling, but they had the right address. I filed a missing package claim with USPS and my package started moving again. But then it was returned to the company in Florida. I emailed them on December 19th and they responded on December 21st with my tracking number. I told them my package was returned to them. Almost two weeks went by and I didn't get a response, so I emailed them again on January 1st. They told me to contact USPS, even though I already told them my package was returned to them. I'm upset because they don't seem to care about their customers. They're taking my money and not fulfilling my order. The customer service is terrible. I like shopping with them, but if I knew this was going to happen, I wouldn't have started shopping here.
