Woo Casino - Bonus deposit not credited as I didn't know how to activate it at the time
The website wouldn't let me contact the live chat, so I started playing. Then after over 5 attempts to contact them, it worked. The advisor said that as I have already played before contacting them, I've lost my entitlement to the bonus.
The only reason why I played is waiting for the function to contact them to work, this seems to be either a scam or a gambling racketeering as the actually website didn't let me select the option to contact live chat, until it saw that I had already played.
Desired outcome: Can you simply just get them to honour the first deposit bonus. All I wanted was to have that done and play to see how good this website is, right now, incredibly angry. It's simply criminal
