WIX Tech Support in Ireland, a woman by the name of Sara Louise, was not knowledgeable about updating an 3rd party email. Because of her lack of knowledge, my client, a law firm, stop receiving emails today. After an entire day of trying to solve this problem, we found out that WIX replaced the records on GO DADDY. Sara Louise should have helped update the MX Records so that the GoDaddy email didn't convert to WIX. I've incountered this with other Tech Support. In fact, I spoke to four other tech support from Asia to Ireland to Latin America today and none of the people had enough knowledge to successfully solve the problem. The problem that was CREATED BY Sara Louise in Ireland's tech support. What is going on? I give WIX a lot of business. My law firm client couldn't receive a email with law briefs for a court case tomorrow. How is WIX going to compensate us for this major failing?

    Maybe you should get your clients an email address on a paid service and not a freebie account
