Wish.comwish took my money and won't answer my emails

I placed an order from south africa on wish for more then 300 dollars, I oaid and they asekd for bank statements, I have send them through 7 bank statements, and told me my order was refunded on the 4th of december on the 5th of December they deducted my acount for the money after they canceled my order and now they just dont reply any emails, I dont hear from them and there is no way of contacting them? What the hell???

    My name is Nancy Townsend and I done with this company they never answered my question like what is your version of fast delivery they take your money excuse me credit card and won't even have a way to talk to a human nothing I think I'm going to get a lawyer cuz I live on a fix budget and they could care less. I will give them time to answer me but not long
