Wish.com delivered to the wrong address

They shipped to the entirely wrong address, and the wrong city/zip code even. Insisted that UPS handed the delivery when USPS/Amazon handled it. Providing images of my unhelpful conversation with customer support for others to read. I am displeased about the way they handled the situation and tried to absolve themselves of all guilt and their [censored]ty 'it was delivered' policy.

I was just going to uninstall the service, but I decided as I was writing this to just flat out ask for my account to be deleted.

Given the nature of Wish, I was expecting some trouble. But this is just absolutely unacceptable.

I appologize if the screenshots are out of order at all. I couldn't rearrange them.

Wish.com did not receive my order of tea n 5 silver dollar coins etc.

I placed an order in Nov. or Dec. of last year 2018..I have recieved all of my orders, n I have been very satisfied . I ordered 5 silver dollar coins n diet tea n etc. I never received those orders. please see your way of refunding my money .I have sent several messages . I do not want to stop shopping at Wish . I will not order again if we cant resolve this issue . I pd little for the coins but was charged a hardy ship n handling .n I donot remember what I pd for the tea n etc. You should know what never got sent . thank you, lynn hughs

I ordered several pairs of errings and only received one pair...Paid $22.70 on 5-13-2019
I was wondering when the rest of my order will arrive. I would like to have the other errings but if not available my money back. money was taked out on 5-13 but order was placed on 5-12. I have never had aproblem with wish and hope there isn't one now.

Wish.com two wedding dresses

You took my money but never gave me my product and empty out my cart but I have my bank statement and I need my money back asap 8 order my wedding dress and you guys are playing with my special day and my money. If you dnt solve the problem I will go to my bank and say its fraud . .and they will take action. It was 2 white dress adding up to 50 even please respond ASAP

Wish.com foldable drone with 1080p hd c... store: thanksgive quantity: 1 color: grey size: 1080p camera dual gps drone. cost: $319.00

I bough the most expensive drone in the wish.com site: about 300$ (order #: 5cb3f14c11d9812b25956f2f). the item came physically damaged. despite my repeated requests no action of repair or replacement was undertaken by wish customer service. they told me that everything is fine and use sharp objects to open the compartment and to try it. I did. the first try with fully charged batteries in both the drone and remote control and this drone went uncontrollably and hit the ground and destroyed itself completely beyond repair. customer service did not take any action at all. they closed the ticket I had opened with any pronouncement

Wish.com canopy

I ordered a canopy on Apr. 29. The weather has been cold so we put it up on May 21. We just opened it up yesterday! One of the sections is broken, I would like to return it and I would like for you to send me a new one! Please advise me of what you are going to do about this problem! I am getting ready to order more things from your website! But I would like to see how you handle this problem first.

Wish.com products not received till date

Respected Sir,
I am from Jammu & Kashmir, state of India and had made a purchase through my Credit Card on wish app on 19th of April at 5:14 pm and 20th April 2019 at 5:43pm for an amount of INR 1180 and INR 1712.05 respectively. The products were supposed to reach by this date. It is very disappointing that I have not received my purchases despite lapse of a month.
Further, i complained over email and customer care but that appears a mockrey as the system generates reply mail and customer care redirects on number only, and no human interaction is available to whom i would have complained.
Now, i requested yourgoodself to return/refund the whole cash ASAP.
I shall be waiting for early reply.

Wish.com did not take my coupon

canceled part of my order.. i was telling them it did not take my coupon ... treat i think it was.. then they cancelled part of my order and still did not give me the coupon.. im realy upset spent a frigging hour trying to explain but you do not give anything to click to let anyone know what the hell is going on.. they just took part of my order away and still did not give me my coupon

Wish.com so many things gone wrong & they blocked my account because I can't get in.

I ordered thousands for dollars of products to resale in the past couple of years. Some come broke some for me doesn't fit there size chart you never no if it's going to run small or big. I didn't receive products when I order them but wish said I'd received them and refused to refund the. I did get refunds on some of my thing but before I did or didn't receive my items they blocked my account for to many refunds. When you order like I did there is going to be a lot of refunds but they didn't see it that way I figure because I can't log on. I've received empty packages wrong color in items wrong size you name it and I've had it happen with wish. I order 2 of the same top at the same time in March. I received one in April the other on just arrived yesterday may 16. Very late and they always arrive late than I'm told in most cases.

I order this and I got it at home but when I bought it it was looking really good in the picture and when it came home it was tottaly opposite that means they showed diffrent photo and send me different stuff. all i did was buy an amp and they refunded my money in 3 days after i bought it never sent me and email why they canceled my order . all they can say is your blocked and you can't make any more accounts cause we blocked them too.

no support number to call no way to get the logs or figure out what did i do wrong all i wanted was an item and i get blocked. careful ordering anything on wish they can block anyone at any giving time but ebay is much cheaper and free shipping on most orders from china thats where most of the items are coming from any way.

Wish.com unable to return item

Purchased item from Facebook on 4/24/19. Can't find any confirmation email regarding what site it was purchased from. No shipping info came with the package. Item is of poor quality and does not fit. Want to return the item but unable to do so due to not having the above information. Have searched USPS web site with tracking number and only info I was able to get that it came from China. The above address if from the shipping label.

When I clicked to order an item from Wish.com, the price increased significantly. I went through all of the sizes and colors for that item and found that only one size and color was the stated price. I repeated this with 3 other items. The results were the same. Wish.com is definitely a scam! I reported them to the FTC. I hope that something is done because they are definitely ripping people off. I will never shop there. I recommend Google Shopping. They have lower prices than you can find if you go to the same websites--I don't know why. I just know that if I go to abc.com the item will cost a lot more than if I search Google Shopping for the same item at abc.com.

I made a order on May 5, 2019 and cancelled it because the shipping was more than the items. You all sent them anyway . Which is was not what I ordered. You sent me 2 pair of the same pants which which was supposed to have been different colors but both pair are black. I asked for a refund and when I hit the button for it instead of cancelling it . It purchased it. I was suppose to received a refund not the items. The number you all have us calling no one answers and you can't leave a message.

I spent forty minutes on phone with customer service . John (India) heave accent was asking for my full credit card information. He said he needs it for a full refund. The purchase was paid through Paypal. FedEx could not help as they do not process claims.

I have photos if necessary. I would need an email account to send them. I am a senior who has limited tech knowledge to send attachments, but will try if deemed necessary.

Wish.com vibrator

i ordered a vibrator from wish.om (guaranteed refund) 1/20/18. i received it 2/4/19. it was defective. to charge it you had to plug it into an usb port. but it only worked plugged in the port you can't used it while plugged in. so i asked them for instructions on how to use with no reply. i told them i was returning it to the address on the envelope it came in (yes envelope, embarassing). so i did just that. it was delivered to the warehouse in china 2/28/19. i told them that they wanted proof which i sent them and forwarded proof from the usps. still nothing. we have been going back and forth since 2/5/19. now they're telling me that the guarantee has expired 3/6/19, but i have been asking since 2/5/19. there are over 60 emails. i would like my money back. thank you for your help.

Wish.com non acceptance of perfectly authorized credit cards

I have at least six items in my basket which I have been trying to pay for with cards you have accepted for several years. Every time I try to process the transaction a Message comes up" OOps something went wrong!" contact Wish.com/payment issue. This has been going on for many weeks. Wish.com order placed

I pushed to look inside my cart but the app didn't do that instead it sent the cart to be processed and I have been trying to cancel the order immediately after it happened but there is no way to cancel except to send emails wich I have done. i've sent numerouse emails and have heard nothing from anyone as of yet.
