I am trying to purchase items on the site, when I go to check out, it is asking for a copy of my bank statement showing a previous purchase. This is my first time purchasing anything so I can not supply this. It will not let me check out.
I tried to go to the contact us tab and was requested to re sign in with my user name and password (this is while I was logged into the site) when I filled in the details, it advised that the details are not correct, however I was logged into the site at that time using the same user name and password.
First time user, not a good start but I have heard positive things about this site and will put this down to tech issues. Could some one from wish please contact me @ ali.[protected]@clubassist.com.au
Trying to buy items on WISH and it keeps telling me that theirs an issue with my account. Go to the website to get it fixed... fat chance on that! I can’t get any where... I would love to continue to shop on WISH, if I can’t get it fixed, I will go elsewhere to shop like TOPHATTER! Never a problem there!
I added items to my cart but I wanted to pay for only one item which was about 1$ but I was charged for all the items in the cart and my money was deducted for them. So I cancelled the ones I didn't want to buy so I'm waiting for my refund. Thank you.

I’ve been purchasing off Wish for years now and I’ve got an issue with being blocked for a dispute over a refund I never got back. Wish say they had refunded the money but it never made it into my account. So my bank said lodge a dispute now wish have blocked my account. I can’t get through on customer service and I can’t put my payment details in to pay the loans I have which have now gone past the due date. Can’t even get through on different wish websites. This truly is ridiculous.
file a complaint to the California state attorney Generals office that's what I did and was successful
Why I cant pay my debit card is always tell me to go wish.com/payment but I am trying to buy other item and I pay my debit card wont go thru what is going on with my account I only I order the last time they refund but never gave me money back I dont understsnd what is the problem please fix it for me so I can buy other items

I have ordered 20 items on shopping cart with wish and I have tried to pay with card but there seems to be a problem with my user account when I added my details of card to pay for order.
I would like to find out why my order is not going through

Hi same problem I have wish cash in my account and when I try to place the order won't let me and I receive the message that I have issues payments, and then I receive another message to sent my email address and my ID photo which I did during this last 2 month and it say I will receive an answer in 3 businesses day, but so far nothing. Also I sent many emails at support@wish.com and still no answer. It say I have problem with my account and payment issues. I am not allowed to contact an wish assistant. So don't know what to do. I have been a customer of wish for over a year. I go to add a payment method and it won’t allow me. It says go to payment issues. I go on the website and it brings up my account that won’t allow me to add a payment. I’m so frustrated with wish. I emailed them numerous times and they won’t fix it
Buyer beware. this company does everything in its power to rip you off. they avoid you, they will not give you any refunds, they add things to your shopping cart that you did not order. they are totally a rip off company. they will avoid you in anyway possible. i've filed a complaint with the california state attorney generals office and did once before and was successful.. stay away from them and don't say I didn't warn you..
