To everyone whom may have doubts about this website. I have been searching for great bags for quite some time. I saw the reviews of many website and I started to contact many of them to see what kind of quality they have got? How long does it take to arrive to my country?... etc. The only that I felt is trustworthy is this website. Jason has been so helpful since the beginning. She answered all my questions/concerns. So, I decided to give LuxuryDeals a try and purchased an item from their website. Imagine my surprise when I never received it! It's been weeks and still nothing. I keep getting the run around from their customer service, telling me it will arrive soon and even giving me a tracking number which doesn't work. It's clear to me now that this website is a complete scam. Don't waste your time or money here, folks. Go elsewhere for your luxury goods needs.

I have used this seller, LuxuryDeals, for more than 10 purchases, and I must say that all the items I've received have been amazing quality. Communication with this seller is really good, and they always send pictures and videos of the items prior to Shipping to ensure what I want. So I wanted to get my hands on a Louis Vuitton SPEEDY 25 Monogram Canvas M replica bag. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed. The craftsmanship and quality of the bag was amazing. I purchased a Gucci Dionysus bag with Lightning bolts that I really liked the original “Real” bag on luxurydeals. I paid via Remitly and later that day I was told that the bag I ordered was out of stock but on the site it showed like 40 plus available. No biggie, so I sent them about 10 more bags for them to choose from. They selected a purple Gucci bag which I got today and is awful! It looked like a 20$ bag, very cheap looking. I am very unhappy. So I wore them and send them photos of 2 more bags I wanted to replace the one I just got shed was Told that they are both out of stock. I sent them an email asking how they run a business when everything appears to be out of stock? I am still waiting an answer and have sent them 10 more bags from there what seems to be vast inventory of bags to choose from. I am waiting an answer and also hoping they sent me a prepaid shipping label to send the one I have back because it’s expensive to ship to China. So the story will continue….

The product that they have sent got stopped by my local customs. My local custom said that they can release it if I can send them the sender's ID and employment verification docs. I have talked to the customer support and they told me to do a forgery of their ID and proof of employment to get it released by the customs.

And, I refused to do so and the package is now destroyed.

So, I have asked for replacement or refund, and now they are ignoring my texts. I guess they just take your money and [censored] you up. Even asking you to do a felony. Wtf

LuxuryDeals.ru is a complete fraud! Don't ever buy from these guys! It's fake and they will just take your money. They don't provide legit products and just scam people for their hard-earned money. I made the mistake of buying from them and I regret it. I received fake products and when I tried to reach out to them, they didn't even respond. They just took my money and ran.

To make matters worse, their website is full of inconsistencies and mistakes. It's obvious that they don't care about their customers and are just out to make a quick buck. Don't fall for their trap, it's just a waste of time and money. They should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people like this.

Honestly, it's infuriating to see companies like this still exist in today's world. People work hard for their money and it's not fair that companies like this take advantage of them. I hope that authorities take strict action against them and put an end to this scam. Stay away from LuxuryDeals.ru, unless you want to lose your money for fake goods.

LuxuryDeals is the worst site ever. They scam their customers by not delivering their orders, just like they did to me on my second order. To make matters worse, they also sell on WhatsApp, which is how they scammed me. Luckily, I saved all the text messages proving that they are a scammer. Don't trust this site.
