I just made an order on wish. It says my payment went through but then sent me a notification saying I need to verify my account because my payment method failed. How does it go through and then fail? I'm very upset and if this doesn't get figured out, will not be using this app anymore. I've never had any problems until now and have ordered multiple items from here. Now it will not let me buy anything else but when I click verify my identity nothing happens. And the wish support on the app is not helpful at all. Very disappointed and if my item does not come in by Christmas will not use this app again.
