Wish.commy wish account was restricted suddenly

I had just placed an order and then I got a pop up saying that they need more information from me to continue to let me shop. They asked for a screenshot of my bank statement to show a recent purchase from wish. Then I got an email saying my account was restricted. It's automatic messages. I don't understand what happened. My purchase from 2 days ago was also refunded without me asking for a refund. And now I'm trying to refund the item i purchased before the restriction and it won't let me refund that because of the restriction. what do i do?
