Wish.com charged for item that does not appear in order history

I had attempted to purchase a punching bag for my niece's birthday, and it was in my cart upon purchase, but once the order had been confirmed, it did not appear in my order history and there is no information as to whether or not it is intended to be shipped. All other items cleared as normal, but I was charged $20 for the punching bag that doesn't appear to be coming to me.

Wish.com place an order 2 or 3 days ago and now one item in the order didn't get processed in time!

all the products on this website are cheap as hell...you're flooding the market with cheap products that get thrown away and end up in landfills!they're barely worth what you're trying to sell them for!your shipping takes ridiculously too long.. and finally when someone makes an order and the order gets processed then the account gets charged...you can't come back two days later and say oh this item didn't make it through processing.. BAD BUSINESS

Wish.com any products I try to pay, it starts issue payment

In the end of payment its showing that opp there is payment issue in your account, please visit wishpaymentissue..please resolve this problem, i want to purchuses many things from here, so please solve this my problem that i can purchases products from wish of my choise.this is happen with me third time, before two times also happen same issue, so please solve this.thank you.

Wish.com losing a coupon while still shopping

I had a 40% coupon on some items in the cart but wanted to keep shopping so I clicked the continue shopping button and when I found a few more items I went to check out and the coupon AND the items were gone! I had a pair of wireless earbuds, 100pc of transparent nails, and a few other items I wanted to buy using my coupon! Why take it away if want more people to shop using your app or website to purchase things?!?

Wish.com toiletry bags

I ordered 10 tolietry bags on 10/26/19. When I saw that the shipping cost was 51.00 I immediately cancelled the order. I then received a message on 10/27/19 that the order had been shipped and I cannot cancel the order.
I refuse to pay 51.00 on a products that costs $1 each! I would like a refund on this order. I have not received the product and will be traveling from 11/5-11/19 and will not be able to receive the product.

I have been trying to make payment of the goods in my cart, but it keeps displaying the message that there is something wrong with my user account, and I have order from the same address and account, I even try to change the credit card I used initially but the response is still the same, please rectify the problem cause I'm nt comfortable with it.

Wish.com customer service

I received an email to say my email address had been changed and if this was not correct to log into wish etc. I cant do that because they changed the email address without authority. I replied back advising i can not access wish because my email address was changed . I have tried contacting them via social media and email but keep being directed by a bot to access the website but I can not. Then I get an email.to say they have replied and that to read the full message and reply I need to login to wish. I CAN NOT BECAUSE THEY CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY. Now I can not see past orders or current orders I am still waiting for

Wish.com ordered a number of items

Hi, I bought a number of items in mid August 2019, and delivery was expected to be 22 September. The delivery date then changed to 29 September. I am still waiting and have not received any communication regarding my order. It is now the end of October and I don't know if I will ever get my stuff. Communicating to customer online is a waste of time - I think the responses are automated.

You're taking money from my account and want to tell me I didn't place the order on time and refund my money what is the reason for taking it in the first place if your going to turn it in to wish cash this makes me very upset with wish I've never had this happen before I've been s customer for a long time and I've have verious account and addresses and still never had a problem I can't afford to keep losing money because y'all don't know what y'all have

I ordered these shorts and when I received them I noticed it had a small hole in the right pocket of the shorts. Is there anything that you can do for me, for the issue about these shorts? Wish.com toys

First of all there was an order place not by me for 5 items total for $91. I did save my card on their app. Someone placed an order for it and when I saw it it was too late to cancel it. 4 items are identical and of the 4 items they charged me for I only recieved 2 items. Took a picture sent it along with comment to only get an automated message that they will get back to me. I am currently still trying to get a refund for the 2 item they never sent out of the 4 items they charged me. Also wanting to do a return on the 2 items I did receive but nothing. The last item is still in transit. Haven't got it yet but wanted to do a return on it as soon as I get it. No response but a get back in 2 days. Still nothing after the 2 days. It's disgusting that they would do this and say they want their customer to be happy and easy returns. All I want is just a refund of items I didnt get and to return the ones I did get. This is bad service and I am annoyed that they wont get back to me and just refund my stuff and do the transaction. Never again. They shouldn't even be in business.

Wish.com 1pcs 38cm car steering wheel cover accessories trd for toyota corolla 2014 prius rav4 yaris auris hilux avensis camry rav reiz prado

Hi. I bought an item from Wish using the app. I bought it 22nd of October, 2019. I have not received any kind of confirmation email from Wish since I bought the item, and I can't see my purchase in my purchase history. The payment was done nevertheless and money transaction was completed. I paid via my bank account and it shows in my bank account that I have transacted my money to Digital River.

What am I supposed to do in this situation? Will I get any confirmation that the item I have bought will arrive? Or should I get a refund?

The item I bought was 1PCS 38CM Car Steering Wheel Cover Accessories TRD for Toyota Corolla 2014 Prius RAV4 Yaris Auris Hilux Avensis Camry Rav REIZ PRADO

The seller's name was Machelx shop

Wish.com order denied. won't take my card

I had placed an order and got refunded. When I placed another one it stated I had to send a copy of bank statment showing where I had ordered before. Don't use debit card on line. I have a master card and a pay pal credit card.
I would really like to have my orders before Christmas and have them for the same price as they were whenI first placed the order. Now of course the items arent as cheap.

Wish.com account login

I've tried numerous times today to login into my account as I want to change delivery address but it keeps saying incorrect password. I even said forgot password they say will send link to reset but nothing. I have had numerous problems with this site so my thinking is Wish probably blocked me from my account. Please assist.

Wish.com account stolen

Hi,

Someone enter my account buy something with my wishcash and then changed my email account and now I can't access or cancel my card there!

I did try to get in touch with Wish support and always I get a message that I have a message from them and appears the number ([protected]).

I don't know how to view my complaint there or even in other place. I just want my account back!
They bought something and I'm considering going to that address to see who is going to receive the item...

Wish.com stamp set

Ordered stamp set that came from China. The stamp is not as advertised. These companies knock off legit company products and use their photos but stamps are not the same. Would like a refund on this order. Please advise where to return product. Please send a prepaid UPS label.

Wish.com lack of response and access to app

I'm really disappointed in the responses (or lack thereof) from Wish. I have been a loyal client for years. I would access the app via email login and now, it asks me to do so, through facebook, which is a not an option I would like to take. Their responses keep saying to check the app for my response, however, I can't access the app (as per my original message to them with login issues on October 12, 2019). It's too bad that this is the level of client service I am getting. I am now considering no longer purchasing from Wish!

Wish.com hair bought not received

I'm annoyed with your customer support. If I ordered something I want it, I hate the fact that the only assistance I can receive after choosing more assistance is a refund. I wanted a valid tracking number to provide the post office with so they can track my package. Please include other options like real time tracking so customers can be assured that I didn't wait 6weeks - a
Month for nothing, then will reorder with faith hoping you'll get it this time around

Wish.com re-arranging payments

Payment made through card. Order details from Wish also confirms that the payment method is through Credit Card. Bank confirms that the amount is spent at WISH. Now the notification screen at Wish says it's been declined, my payment method were approved my packages was on it's way then all of a sudden everything has been declined

Wish.com restricted my account

I went online almost a week ago do the Wish app check on my purchases and they told me that my account was restricted but have not given no reason they telling me that they can't unrestricted for some reason or another I sent them the debit card statement I have items that I have paid for that I can't get and no one has gotten back to me to tell me what's going on I want them to unrestrict my account ASAP either give me my money back but I want my items

I haven't there was no reason why my account has been frozen nothing on my account has been fraudulent and I'm still not getting no response I've been doing business with wish for over a year now
