Mi método de pago:
( tarjeta American Express ) está bloqueado actualmente no dispongo de otro modo de pago y nunca antes había tenido problemas para que aceptaran mi tarjeta
Lo he reportado varias veces sin resultados.
También lo chequé con American Express y me dicen que mi tarjeta está activa.
Me pregunto si debo dar de baja mi cuenta y volver a abrirla desde cero ?

When I ordered my airpods I did not receive my actual order. I ordered 2 aipods with the charging case and I received my singular AirPod with no case and it was damaged as you can see the net is missing inside the pod. I would like a refund so I can take my business elsewhere. I very enjoy your company and if this gets resolved I will not take my business elsewhere and buy different pods here so please can I get this resolved ASAP .

I ordered multiple limited item quantity items off of wish witch you can complete the order with out adding a normal price item in your cart they literally sent me all the normal prized items I added to the cart in order to get the deals an I received nothing! My money was all refunded to me even though they were all clearly in stock it's a bunch of [censored]! An I will never shop on wish again due to this load of [censored]! I ordered ten items that said they were on sell and didn't receive anything but yet they are still on there saying limited quantity and that they are still in stock.

Delivery has changed dates 2 times and has said it has arrived but checked royal mail and they havent even got it and tried to contact you but got replies from a bot i wouod like this resolved this is my first issue ive had and it annoys me the favt i cant even contact and yes i went to contact support and they tell me it will be shipped in 5 days even though i orded it last month

I cancelled this order put they sent any way, so I want to send it back. But where and at who's cost. This is my first experience with wish, I created my account using this email "[protected]@gmail.com"
ordered several items from wish however, when checking out My shipping address included typing mistakes and I forgot to mention building number! So I contacted customer support for help regarding some of the items and regarding the rest I couldn't even go through to reach your customer support employees due to stupid autonomous menu !
One of your employees called Harvey replied that he changed my shipping address of one of my items as requested, however after rechecking my address is still the same on this order! So I replied please confirm that you changed the shipping address because it shows faulty address in order details, I even attached a photo showing a screenshot with that, carelessly he just copy pasted his reply as if am speaking to a robot! Which I wouldn't mind if my problem got solved. However after double checking faulty shipping address is still present 👎🏻
I lost hope in him so I tried to resolve problem by canceling through the stupid autonomous menu to be refunded as "Wish cash" and re-ordering, unfortunately as a stupid menu it says your order is previously cancelled which is not true my order is present as shipping.

I have tried to order those burkenstockes sandels but they said I was having a payment issue since then I tried a paypal card said same thing payment issue . I sent them a copy of my bank statement proof of where I have ordered from wish . My debit card is new and it doesn't have any wish purchases on it but the account number is the same. I was using wish all the time when I first starting wish and I had to put all my bank details in that was great after I done that in stead of having to keep putting in my credit card details I just had to swipe checkout and it automatically sent my order through and I got my items now this is not happening it is telling me to put visa debit numbers in I have done that and it tells me there is an error there is nothing wrong with my card I don't know why it is doing this I don't mine putting in my visa debit card every time but it won't even allow that can you please help me thank you Alana

Totally dissatisfied

I received a G53ER WiFi 2.4G Waterproof Sports Camera about a week or so ago and was super excited. It even came early! So, I open it and the instructions say to download this app, good for iOS and android operating systems. So, I scanned the barcode for iOS because I have an Iphone and it brought me to the app and when I hit download it gave me an error message stating the app is not available I. Your courty or region which I screenshot for proof. So I instead of the bar code, I type in the apps name, "iSDV cam" and nothing even showed up for that app. Saying it didn't exist. The thing is I need that app to access the full time potential of the camera. Also, I went out and bought the highest storage micro sd card that the camera allowed. So I came home turned it on and it prompted me to insert SD card and I do. And then all of a sudden keeps saying I can't record or snap pics because of "lack of space". This has been a nightmare from the start and I'm very disappointed. Is there any other app I can download for my iPhone 7 that will work with this and what about sd card? See pics below. Thank you

There is no way to get ahold of anybody to speak with him I placed 2 order and wish must have canceled it and issued me a refund without telling me and I'm trying to find out why and there is no way to reach anybody to talk to and there have been a couple other times I would like to speak with somebody about hiding that I have received but there is no way to get ahold of anybody. I think that's pretty sad. I guess they didn't like the low price I got for the item

June 2019 I order products from Wish. You charged my credit card for both one I have a number 5d0e8eb18ec950295630489e that's for $ 305.25 the other on is for $48.00 no number received both charged on June 22, 2019. I was supposed to receive the first one by June 29, 2019 never did no the second one! I would like to talk to someone [protected] or email soon! I f I don't will call my card and have both charges canceled

I ordered 4 items from Wish namely 2 gothic steam punk jackets and 2 rifle scopes. I received confirmation that my orders were being processed. I then receive emails 5 days later from confirmation receipt, that the merchant can't fulfill my order.
Wish confirmed all orders, therefore this merchant unable to fulfill order is laughable, and I can only conclude that Wish is nothing more than a scam company, that takes your money holds it whilst interest is accrued and then cancel orders that are already confirmed.

This was the very first time I've saw this deals on wish, this deals are tempting and we can barely resist, but none of them can be acquired on itself, so once you add something in your cart that is "Limited Quantity Deal" you must add something else, instead of buying one item the offer obligates you to acquire others to finish the deal.
After few days all the "Limited Quantity Deal" items just got cancelled because they say that the vendor could not fulfill an item, so this is 100% scam to make people buy items and stuff, as it allures you that you will receive a "nice product" and something else "not that amazing" and just process and delivery the "not that amazing".
I want a contact and all the products that got cancelled, as all the other items that are not within this "Limited Quantity Deal" got processed in hours and start shipping process this means that the stores are simply ignoring the purchases and leaves us empty handed.

Too many business on Wish using :limited" deals to lure people into buying more expensive items. Every item I purchased was cancelled an d refunded. definately a scam operating and Wish should investigate all "limited" deals. EG I purchased a 10.7 inch pad fpr @200 on limited deal when there was 8 items available but deal was cancelled 2 days later and now waiting for refund. Seems like only honest place to shop is Amazon because eBay allows sellers from China to breach their own policies.
