I order some easy peel and stick items for walls and floors. One of five items arrived. Prior to this I had made several orders, some came some didn't, some were point on and some were not. With the easy peel the one item I ordered was the wrong color. I was informed that I reached my limit on returns. I couldn't and still can't get in touch with a person there. To get in good graces with them I'd have to purchase more items without complaint. This is insane. I'm being faulted for items never sent. And now they are basically keeping my money for more items that didn't come. I'm so angry

    the ear ring that was charge to my account and I payed for I have not received. I received the ring but it to little for the size.
