Wish review: cell phone and refund

On September 24, 2018, I order a cell phone from this company. I received the phone in October 26, 2018. I found out that I could not obtain service on this phone with my carrier. I emailed the Support Staff at wish and told them the problem and I hadn't received an invoice packaged in the box. I even sent them a copy of the online order and I still have yet received the return voucher nor have I received the refund in my account. Since then I have emailed them more than a dozen times and they either lie or respond with some cock and bull story. This is bad business and I know now from reading various complaints they are frauduent. We who have been scammed out of our product and or refund need to get together and take legal action against this so called company.
