Hello My account has been put on hold by wish.com, I am unable to contact their support and I have many order still pending with them please help

Please help I am very worried emailed them million of time no positive response at all, I have my money stuck with them orders pending not what will happened I have emailed them million of time no response at all its been a week now chasing them they have put hold on my account
