Wishnon delivery of product

My son placed an order (Order #: 5dda40d20d82f732642963f3) for a necklace over one month ago on the Wish.com website and it has not been delivered. At the time of placing the order he received a notification that it had been shipped. This was meant to be a gift for Christmas but the delivery has again been extended out so it will not be here in time. Wish's quoted delivery standard is usually five business days but this is now over one month. The delivery date for this item has been changed twice now.

We now have to go out and find another gift this is extremely disappointing and costly to us. I would like a refund of this item and I will be providing the necessary negative feedback on their website.
