Wish.com my recent refund on a purchase

I received the refund of $.75 on an item I ordered that was no longer available. But the shipping cost was not refunded. It was charged to me but not refunded with the refund of the item. The texting method on the app does not allow your to expound on your issue and only focused on the refund. I thought that was the case a while back but did not get any results. But today I'm taking it further...it's unfair to treat a customer or anyone for that matter like that. I expect to see my shipping cost portion refund as soon as possible.

Wish.com having issues returning items purchased.

Having issues returning items purchased. Their customer service is useless. For one on their website I'm trying to login and each time it tells me my password is wrong so I go and do the forgot password thing and every single time I go back it says link has expired. I have emailed them approximately three weeks ago to try to get my items returned To no avail. They want me to take pictures and they only allowed one picture at a time and that is also a dead end. The site takes you around and around and around to a dead end. I have emailed them today requesting this be resolved. I ordered four or five items and they mailed them each separately therefore I have to put in a claim for each item separately and they only allow for one. I am nowWaiting for a response from them as my 30 days is up Or near the deadline to return items. Not from my lack of responsibility because I tried the day I received the items to get them returned. I am waiting for an email back. I will never shop at the site again.

Wish.com 4 items that were purchased from your company

I ordered 4 items from your company, I received item number 1 which was a european style jumpsuit suit store damaichang1001, blue, I could not fit in it, I wear a meduim, I ordered a large and it still did not fit, item number 2 off the shoulder ruffles wide leg romper, blue store wfashion2016, it did not fit couldn't get my legs in it, again I wear a medium, ordered a large.Item number three women fashion casual jump suit jean texture, light blue, Petha's boutique, xl it indicates I which I never got the item, tracking number LN120983062CN, Item number 4 women loose chiffon floral printed off shoulder black xl store zhongyanxia, tracking UD701062442CN, I never received.
I have sent so many e-mails, waiting on responses which lack all information, and the time frame keeps creeping up to my 30 days to get refund back, I'm not sure if this is on purpose to not have to refund customers back there money. I feel like this is a scam to get orders make money and leave the customer hanging with them getting there money back, and its so sad, because I was very excited about your products, which is why I started with 4 items to begin with. All I want now is to return items for a full refund, you can't speak to anyone, they don't tell you how to get information on address to return, no labels, the prompts tell you how to start, when you follow the instructions the remaining information is not there. This is absolutely ridiculous, I have ordered may things on line never I encountered the lack of professional communication as I have encountered with wish. Right now I have items I can't wear, you have my money, and I don't know what to do, except I'm at the mercy of your company, all that i am asking to help me PLEASE!. my phone number is [protected]

All I want is my money back, address and label as to how to return items. Very angry and frustrated. The lack of communication is outrageous, I thought you were a reputable company, I shouldn't have to suffer with you keeping my money because you all don't want to refund. What am I supposed to do with these items I can't wear, 2 of which they said was delivered that I never received. You got your payment promptly, all I ask for is a refund promptly. You all are delaying that on purpose to reach 30 day mark and use that as the reason for not refunding but if you look at my e-mail you will see how long I have been trying to communicate with someone to no avail.

4 items ordered, 2 received doesn't fit, 2 never received, unable to return due to lack of information, or speak to anyone, have been trying since October, the information coming back in Spanish, I'm English speaking. when it does come in English all information for completion not available. Please I just want my refund, so I can end this

Wish.com dress I ordered

I ordered a autumn and winter long sleeved knitted dress over a month ago my original delivery date was October 27th it came to that date and the date was then changed to the 3rd of November i am still waiting for my dress it was a birthday present and my birthday is just over a week away the last tracking information was on the 15th of October saying it's reaching destination country and every time I contact support I am getting the same message saying "that's unusual" or "it could arrive 1-2 weeks after delivery date and I'm still waiting and would like to know where it is

Wish.com limited items sales.

Hello I am a Customer that spend. A lot of money on wish site. And I'm very disappointed. That I can buy some items. But able to purchase. The 50 cent limited sales. Without being denied. But they take my money. For thee. Other orders. But never allowed my limited purchases . go throw. I will from this point on refuse to buy anything else. On Wish . as a Customer: im very unsatisfied.

Wish.com account hacked

I can no longer log into my account. I found an email saying I asked to change my email address on my account from [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@zeroe.ml

I need this fixed asap please. can some please help me asap.

Wish website will not let me submit a support ticket is pops up a msg. in russian saying please try again later.

Wish.com shoes ordered and dress wanting to return

I have emailed Wish 6 times about not receiving my shoe order and about returning a dress that does not fit. I am tired of getting the run around and I want to cancel my shoe order and want an address to return the dress I ordered for a refund and all I get is "Wish will contact you in 3 business days". I have gotten that EVERY TIME I have contacted Support. Get this resolved!

Wish.com digital 7x golf scope. I bought 2

Wish.com account issues

I just tried to put in an order for over $500 in miscellaneous Christmas gifts but apparently my account is blocked because I wont put in a bank statement. Wtf? You're not getting a bank statement. I use pre paid Visa's for a reason. As long as I'm paying for it, you shouldn't need bank statements. This is ridiculous. And usually 1/3 of my orders don't ever arrive. And I've never complained about it before. I'm guessing you just don't want our business anymore?

Does not allow me to purchase my order. What is the problem. Tried several times to fill out a wish credit application, and to no avail. Please help me with this situation. Txs. Wish.com baby mavic! eachine e58 wifi drone

This is the second time I have purchased one of the special deals.

The first time I had two things on the order one a special deal the other just a token item that I didn't really want but thought I would try

Wish sent me a email a few days later saying sorry but my special deal was not in stock a watch supposedly worth just over a thousand dollars for $1 and that they would refund the money which didn't bother me. The annoying thing though was that they had already shipped the other item which I didn't want and wasn't given the choice and still charged the same amount for shipping

With this order I tried again and found a good deal on a Christmas present for my son and used my Wish voucher up only to be told the processed my order to late again and would I like another Wish voucher two days after I ordered it. This was another deal to good to be true

As this is the second time this dodgy practice has happened I expect Wish to honour the special deal otherwise I will be forced to tell others about this dodgy sales practice and also inform the ombudsman who governs this sector of online shopping

Wish.com refund for items

I was refunded for some of your items, an it was suppose to be refunded back to my card ending in 7280 in 14 Business day and It has not been applied to the card as of today. The refund amount is around 135.00. Can someone look in to my refund an let me know what day these refund will apply to my card, I also have refunds on a card ending in 3681 an they have not been applied to that card either. I have been doing business with your company for over a year and has never had this problem with a refund before. My refunds never took this long. Please get back with me on this matter. I understand that it takes 14 business day. but no one refund has been applied to my card yet.

Wish.com did not receive an item that my 12 year old daughter ordered online

We did not received this item that our 12 daughter ordered.

We were thinking that it was backordered and we contacted Wish and were told to provide all the details and that it was delivered, however it was not delivered and when we viewed the site it indicated that there was no date by the item that it was delivered.

Now after dealing with Wish for the last few weeks we are being told that we missed the deadline to request a refund, but we were not even aware that there was a deadline, from not receiving the item, we were still waiting for it thinking it was possibly back ordered or something.

My daughter has ordered through Wish before with no issues, so we are very upset and concerned that they are now saying she cannot receive this item. If this item was not available Wish should have been contacting us ASAP to let her know.

This is her own money that she has been saving up to order something.

We have been in contact with our bank too for the charges for the item that we did not receive. And not anytime did we received any correspondence from Wish indicating this item was not going to be delivered.

Wish.com not being able to submit my order

Iam trying to place an order with wish but it keeps stating oops when I submit my order. I really want the items and have never had problems before. Wish.com wish, order says delivered but have not received it

I ordered the item below, wish informed me it had been delivered. It has not. I'm finding it difficult to navigate the customer service on the site and have not received adequate information regarding the whereabouts of my order. I have received a generic message stating it may have been delayed, yet tracking provided stated it has been delivered. Also at the end of each tracking point the word " none" appears ? Which concerns me . At one point it also says the problem has been resolved... eh? No! It has not .

Wish.com total shopping cart

The amount of the shopping cart it's more than actually should be.

I've seen this couple times.

This time they are charging $10 more

I wonder if this is an automatic system to charge more the cart and people don't see how much it's paying and how much really costs.

It's insane!

The price should be 56, 09 and it's 66, 09

Be careful you do not buy from them without make your own counts.

I ordered alot of stuff under a discounted promo code that allowed me too purchase the items for under a buck.
Its not my fault that the items were listed for under a buck but there were.
Therefore i would like my order too be sent out as normally or refund me in full do too my time isnt free.
Dont give promo codes with deals that you cant fulfill too youre shoppers

I have an item that says it was delivered. Well I called my post office since I use a P. O. Box, they informed me that my item was delivered to California. I live in Texas! Trying to get through to Customer Support to get my item reshipped to me or a refund is IMPOSSIBLE! Is there anything I can do? Big circle of my item was delivered is all I get!

Wish.com identify theft and fraud.

They have no problem charging your card for a "free" item and then when you place another order they want bank statements and a photo ID sent via email to a person that does not understand English. Fuuuuuck that!

It's a crappy functioning site and even worse app. A conglomerate of all those Asian frauds that sell on Amazon that you try to avoid. If you buy clothes, it will never fit. It will be shipped poorly and slowly. If you get a breakable item, it will be. Returns are you expense, that's why many throngs are "free" as the cost is in the shipping. And on. And on. And on.

There is no phone number to talk to anyone and every idiot that replies via email is more stupid than the last. Call your bank and tell them to remove every charge.

it limited to 1 item a day not per person, it goes to the first person to complete the transaction. I have gotten several items but I have had 10x more that haven't won.
