Wish.comaccount block... lost transaction

I have been lost in a cycle of your automated computer responses for over 2 months and the problem is not resolved. I have yet to talk to a real person to resolve it.
Wish has stolen 550.00 as well the reason for the purchase has expired I no longer need what I ordered and since I have had such bad purchase experience I do not ever want to shop with you again. You are in breach of contact and I want my money back.

You keep asking for banking info. I've sent it at least 20 times yet you've seem to of lost my 550.00 credit which was supposed to be credit October 8th and it has not
