I'm not the tallest person around, standing at 5'4" and weighing 120lbs. I ordered a mattress from Wink Beds and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived. It took only a few days to get to me, and I received it about two weeks after placing my order. The website stated that the delivery would be "no contact," so I had a friend on standby in case I needed help getting it up the stairs to my apartment. However, it turned out to be just like any other UPS package, and the delivery person helped me bring it up the stairs.

Two young kids came to pick it up a few days later, and dragged the mattress down the street. I asked what would happen to the mattress, and they said it would be destroyed, go to landfill, or maybe be cleaned and re-sold?.

Winkbeds sent me the wrong replacement! It seemed like the same mattress and the tag said "firm." I sent a pic to the rep and he said it must have been mislabeled, and to check the manufacturing tag. It turned out not only was it a firm, it was also a King size mattress. Not Cali King.

I had to go through the entire return process again. I purchased the mattress on Feb 14th, and didn't get this resolved until April 26th. My shoulder and back pain got so bad I couldn't pick up my baby girl. The worst part was that the customer service reps never apologized once or acknowledged their error.

I ended up getting a Serta firm and Tempurpedic topper in Cali King, and it's amazingly comfortable. Wish I'd done that in the first place. The Winkbeds mattress was a total waste of time and money.

But after three years, the mattress felt too firm, so we decided to take advantage of the 50% off lifetime replacement guarantee. However, we were told that the new mattress would come with no warranty due to the deep discount, which seemed "suspect". But we proceeded with the purchase since we were happy with the quality of our first mattress.

When we opened the new mattress, we noticed that the top edge of one side was 2" inset from the casing under the pillow top. We slept on it for a couple of weeks, thinking it would work itself out, but it didn't. We reached out to Wink Beds to report the issue, but were immediately told that there was no warranty. We pointed out that regardless of warranty, we were guaranteed a brand new mattress, and any quality issues upon receipt would be addressed.

We messaged again, but were told that the top was not flush because the mattresses are hand-sewn. We replied that our first mattress was perfect and did not have this issue. Then we were told it was "slightly rounded" because of the "eurostyle pillow design". But it was not slightly rounded, it was caved in on one side! Our neighbors and a family member had purchased a Wink mattress that we were able to inspect, and both were perfectly flush.

This flaw is so uncomfortable when getting in and out of bed. The top edge disappears, and you have no support. When we have to turn it, one of us is always unhappy to deal with the flawed side. Sheets don't fit correctly either. Communication with Wink Beds about this issue was the absolute worst! Questions posed were not addressed or were completely ignored. Multiple requests to have this flawed mattress replaced were ignored.

It is obvious that the 50% off lifetime replacement guarantee is Wink's program to get rid of mattresses that are either factory flawed or ones that are returned during the 120-day trial period. So to sum it up, we HATE this mattress and are out $1000. We should have spent $600 more and got a brand new, perfect mattress with a real warranty and trial period. We will be getting rid of this mattress and purchasing a new one, and it will NOT be a Wink Bed. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use Wink's lifetime replacement guarantee...it is a complete joke, not to mention fraud.

Winkbeds sent me the wrong replacement! It seemed like the same mattress and the tag said "firm." I sent a pic to the rep and he said it must have been mislabeled, and to check the manufacturing tag. It turned out not only was it a firm, it was also a King size mattress. Not Cali King.

I had to go through the entire return process again. I purchased the mattress on Feb 14th, and didn't get this resolved until April 26th. My shoulder and back pain got so bad I couldn't pick up my baby girl. The worst part was that the customer service reps never apologized once or acknowledged their error.

I ended up getting a Serta firm and Tempurpedic topper in Cali King, and it's amazingly comfortable. Wish I'd done that in the first place.
