Wink Beds The referred back pain in my hip got so extreme I had

The referred back pain in my hip got so extreme I had to get a steroid injection which helped but the pain was still very uncomfortable and interferred with activities of daily living. Now, after sleeping on a couch for six months, I've been sleeping in a bed for two weeks on my new Luxury Firm mattress and, so far, it's been excellent. At last I can sleep through the night, thank goodness! And fill the bird feeders. And sit long enough to drive to the grocery store and shop for a few items. Still can't walk for half a block but can walk the paths in our backyard. Although the mattress was expensive, so far, it's been worth every penny and I'll be mentioning it to my pain doctor.

Wink Beds Hot as a toaster oven and has not held up

I bought a Luxury Firm WinkBed over a year and a half ago, and am now on the hunt for a new mattress. The 120 trial period is too short to judge whether a mattress works. Over time my mattress has sagged and gotten softer and softer and hotter and hotter as you sink deeper like most foam mattresses. Yes, it is soft and comfortable until I wake up abruptly because the mattress is screaming hot. Then I bounce around trying to find a cooler spot. It really holds body heat. I do not have night sweats or hot flashes, so this is the mattress. This mattress might work for someone who is a really cold sleeper. I'm DONE with foam mattresses. I've owned a Temperpedic, a natural latex, and now this coil, foam hybrid and gone through many foam pillows. All get hot and wake me up. I finally bought an expensive EightSleep pod cover, which cools the mattress. It cost more than the mattress itself.

Recommendation: The trial period is not long enough, so you are taking a risk.

Wink Beds Terrible mattress-like a concrete slab. 2 weeks to arrive, awful customer service

I bought a larger bed frame and did extensive research to find a Cali King size mattress that was as comfortable as my previous set up. (A Serta firm coil mattress with a tempurpedic mattress topper). It was hard to find objective customer reviews online (I imagine Winkbeds only posts five star reviews on its own website). I chose a firm Winkbed mattress because of the great Wirecutter review.

Unfortunately the mattress took 15 days to arrive, and was so uncomfortable- like sleeping on concrete. It gave me severe shoulder pain, to the extent that I had to go to a chiropractor, physical therapist and MD multiple times. I didn't realize it was the mattress causing it until I slept on my old mattress in my guest room for a couple nights and the pain disappeared. The mattress was also so heavy that I could barely lift a corner to put sheets on the bed.

I requested a return. The rude customer service agent told me I had to wait 30 days to return it. I waited, it didn't improve, so I again requested a refund. The rep convinced me to pay $50 to upgrade to a luxury firm as a replacement, instead of getting a refund. I asked what would happen to the returned mattress since I'm concerned about environmental waste. The rep told me it would be donated. Two young kids came to pick it up a few days later, and dragged the mattress down the street. I asked what would happen to the mattress, and they said it would be destroyed, go to landfill, or maybe be cleaned and re-sold?.

Winkbeds sent me the wrong replacement! It seemed like the same mattress and the tag said "firm." I sent a pic to the rep and he said it must have been mislabeled, and to check the manufacturing tag. It turned out not only was it a firm, it was also a King size mattress. Not Cali King.

I had to go through the entire return process again. I purchased the mattress on Feb 14th, and didn't get this resolved until April 26th. My shoulder and back pain got so bad I couldn't pick up my baby girl. The worst part was that the customer service reps never apologized once or acknowledged their error.

I ended up getting a Serta firm and Tempurpedic topper in Cali King, and it's amazingly comfortable. Wish I'd done that in the first place.

Wink Beds Wink Beds Exchange Process Review: Impressive but Sneaky Fine Print

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the exchange process at Wink Beds. Almost gave them a full five stars, but I had to take off three because of some sneaky "fine print" that they didn't tell me about upfront. It was a pretty big deal and it definitely affected my experience.

Basically, they have this 120 day trial period where you can exchange your mattress if you're not happy with it. Sounds pretty sweet, right? Well, turns out you have to wait 30 days before you can even start the trial period. That's not too bad, I guess, but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

But here's the real kicker: even if you do decide to exchange your mattress, you have to wait another 60 days before they'll come pick up the old one. So you're stuck with the original WinkBed for a total of 90 days before you can even get rid of it. That's a long time to have a mattress taking up space in your home.

I just wish they had been more upfront about all of this. It definitely would have affected my decision to buy from them if I had known. But overall, I'm still pretty happy with my WinkBed. It's comfortable and seems to be holding up well. Just be aware of the fine print if you're thinking about buying from them.

Wink Beds Winkbeds Review: Good Bed, Misleading Sales Tactics

I gotta say, I've bought two Winkbeds now and I'm pretty happy with the bed itself. But let me tell you, the ordering website is a bit of a pain in the butt. First off, they're always advertising this "discount" of $300, but if it's always there, is it really a discount? And then they have this timer counting down to the end of the sale, but if the sale is always on, what's the point? It just feels like they're trying to trick you into thinking you're getting a better deal than you really are.

And then there's this ERF fee they tack on to your bill. I don't even know what that is, but I do know that the last time I ordered a mattress from them, they took it off my bill. So why are they charging me for it now? It just seems like they're nickel-and-diming you at every turn.

But like I said, the bed itself is pretty good. We liked it enough to order a second one. But here's the thing - when we ordered the second one, the website said we could get it as early as May 22. That's only six days from now! But the first time we ordered from them, it took 18 days to get the mattress. So which is it? Are they being misleading or what?

Overall, I think Winkbeds has a good product, but their selling methods could use some work. It just feels like they're trying to pull a fast one on you.

Wink Beds Winkbeds Review: Great Mattress, But Questionable Selling Methods

I gotta say, I've bought two Winkbeds now and while I really like the bed itself, I'm not too thrilled with the website where you order it. First off, what's up with that $300 "discount" that's always there? If it's always there, is it really a discount? And then there's the timer that's always counting down to the end of the sale (which, again, seems to always be going on). It's like, come on, just give me a straight price already!

Oh, and don't even get me started on that $9.08 ERF fee. I mean, I know it's not required, but they still put it on my bill anyway. The last time I ordered a mattress from them, they took it off, so why not this time? It just feels like they're trying to nickel and dime me.

But hey, at least the mattress itself is good. We just ordered a second one and the site says we'll get it as early as May 22nd, which is only six days from now. Wink Beds Wink Mattress Shipping Damage and Frustrating Customer Service Experience

Hello all,

I recently purchased a Wink mattress from Wink Beds, and I must say I was really excited to try it out. Unfortunately, my experience thus far has been less than ideal. When the mattress arrived, it was shrink wrapped in plastic for shipping. While necessary, it seems that the corners were damaged during the shipping and handling process. All four corners are bulging out from the foam being angled out, making it difficult to sleep on the mattress.

Naturally, I reached out to Wink Beds via email to request a replacement mattress. However, thus far, their customer service team has been frustratingly unhelpful. Despite my repeated overtures, Wink Beds has refused to budge on the matter, leaving me feeling utterly mislead by their stated return policy. I'm afraid I have no other recourse than to continue my fight until I receive a satisfactory response from the company.

Perhaps the most concerning aspect of this entire ordeal is that when purchasing from Wink Beds, one is implicitly trusting them to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, it seems that the company is unwilling to honor their return policy, which is a serious disservice to their loyal customer base. Wink Beds Frustrating Experience with Wink Beds Checkout Process

My experience with Wink Beds, unfortunately, was not a good one. While researching beds, I stumbled upon their website, winkbeds.com, and was drawn in by their selection of high-quality mattresses. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I tried to check out.

For some reason, the website automatically signed me in through a ShopPay API, which did not have accurate personal information. This resulted in incorrect information being loaded into the checkout form, making the process a complete nightmare. I tried to use Bread to check out instead, but because the incorrect phone number and name were applied through ShopPay, I couldn't complete the transaction.

What should have been a simple process of purchasing a bed turned into an hours-long ordeal. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience and almost gave up, considering switching to my second choice bed - the Brooklyn Bedding Aurora Hybrid. The only reason I continued was that I had already spent hours researching Winkbeds and wanted to give them a chance.

Wink Beds Great product, frustrating delivery: My experience with Wink Beds

I recently purchased a bed from Wink Beds and while the quality of the product is great, I have a few issues with the delivery process. First and foremost, I was disappointed that the company did not offer white glove delivery options. As someone with an elderly mother who can't lift anything, and a sister who isn't exactly a weight lifter either, it was a challenge for us to figure out how to get the bed into the house. Given the high price of the bed, I would have happily paid extra for the convenience of having it set up for us.

My frustration was compounded by the excuse given for not offering white glove service - COVID. While I understand the need to take precautions to prevent the spread of the virus, it feels like many companies are using it as an excuse to cut corners and reduce service levels. I don't buy the argument that COVID prevents Wink Beds from offering white glove delivery when there are plenty of other companies in the medical community, government contractors, and food industry that have never stopped working.

All that being said, I would still recommend Wink Beds for the quality of their products. The bed itself is extremely comfortable and well-constructed. But if you're someone who needs assistance with delivery, be prepared to make other arrangements.

Wink Beds Disappointing Delivery Experience with Wink Beds: A Customer Review

As a customer of Wink Beds, I must say that my experience has not been the smoothest. The delivery of both the mattress and the foundation has been a source of trouble for me. Initially, I encountered some problems with UPS, resulting in a delayed delivery of the mattress. While I was able to finally receive the mattress, my troubles were not yet over as I am still waiting on the foundation.

In my quest to track down the foundation, I had to reach out to FedEx directly as my attempts to communicate with Wink Beds were unsuccessful. I took matters into my own hands and sent an email to one of the employee, Robert, but to date, I have not received any response.

For me as a customer, I believe that Wink Beds should have done better in terms of service delivery. It is quite frustrating to go through such hurdles just to receive my order. As a company, I would expect that they would take it upon themselves to track down the status of any delivery issues so that customers do not have to go through additional stress.

Overall, I sincerely hope that Wink Beds can improve their service delivery as it is paramount for customer satisfaction. As a customer, I would want to feel like my needs are being addressed efficiently, and my experience with Wink Beds has fallen short of my expectations.

Wink Beds Frustrated with Delayed Wink Bed Delivery: An Honest Review

As someone who has been eagerly awaiting the arrival of their Wink Bed, I must say that I am incredibly frustrated with the extended delay in my order. It has now been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order, and I have just received notice that it won't arrive for another 8 days - a total of almost a month from when I originally made my purchase.

To say that I am disappointed and upset by this experience would be an understatement. I was promised that my order would arrive within 2 weeks, and yet here I am, waiting even longer to receive what I paid for. As someone who has been experiencing excruciating pain and difficulty sleeping, I was really counting on this mattress to provide some much-needed relief.

Wink Beds Winkbed EcoCloud Hybrid Review: Disappointing Cooling Claims and Comfort

As someone who has tried numerous mattresses in their lifetime, I was excited to give the Winkbed EcoCloud Hybrid a try, as its claim to be a cooling mattress really caught my attention. However, after sleeping on it for a few nights, I have to say that I was thoroughly disappointed. Instead of keeping me cool throughout the night, I found that it actually radiated heat back at me, causing me to wake up multiple times throughout the night feeling hot and uncomfortable.

In terms of comfort, I did not find it to be an improvement over my old Simmons mattress. In fact, I found myself missing the familiar feel of my old mattress, which had been a tried and true source of comfort for me for years. Despite the claims of its cooling properties, I did not find that it improved my overall sleep quality in any way.

That being said, the Winkbed EcoCloud Hybrid does have a few redeeming qualities. For one, it's made of natural materials that don't give off any unpleasant odors, which can be a major plus for those who are sensitive to chemical smells. However, I have to say I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated with their policy on mattress returns and exchanges. It wasn't made clear to me when I purchased the mattress that I would need to sleep on it for a certain period of time before being eligible for a refund or exchange. I felt like I had been misinformed, leaving me stuck with a mattress that was causing me restless and uncomfortable nights.

After several weeks of tossing and turning with little sign of improvement, I decided to seek an exchange for a softer mattress. To my dismay, I was told I needed to wait until the waiting period was up before requesting any changes, and then was hit with a $49 fee for replacing the mattress- a surprising addition given the company's claim of having a "risk-free trial" period.

As someone who values honesty and transparency, I was left feeling betrayed and frustrated by this experience. Although Wink Beds claims to offer a quality product, their policies and procedures for dealing with disgruntled customers- or potential customers- leave much to be desired.

In the end, I was left with little choice but to stick it out with the mattress I had, and though it did eventually become more comfortable, I don't feel confident in recommending Wink Beds to others. If you're considering purchasing one of their mattresses, be sure to read the fine print and know exactly what you're getting into before making a commitment.

Wink Beds Mixed Feelings on Wink Beds: A Review of My Experience

My experience with Wink Beds has been a bit of a mixed bag. While I appreciate the range of options available on their website and ultimately found the bed I was looking for quite easily, there were a few aspects of my purchase that left something to be desired.

Firstly, I was surprised to find that I had been charged for an environmental fund without any option to opt out or learn more about what it was actually for. This left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth as I like to be informed about where my money is going.

When it came to the delivery of the bed, things were a bit more frustrating. While it did arrive quickly, the box it came in was in pretty rough shape and had been opened at some point in transit. As a result, the opening tool that was included with the bed fell out onto my porch without my knowledge, which was a bit of a nuisance to discover later on.

Despite these issues, I will say that the overall quality of the bed itself seems to be quite high, and I have found it to be comfortable and supportive for the most part. However, I was disappointed to discover that finding sheets to fit the bed was not as easy as I had hoped - while I'm fairly certain they do sell them, I had trouble locating them on the website.

All in all, I would say that my experience with Wink Beds has been a bit of a mixed bag. While I'm happy with the bed itself, there were a few bumps in the road along the way that kept it from being a truly seamless shopping experience.
