Failure to respond to emails or phone calls for over two months regarding defective 199.00 duvet cover. The duvet cover and sheets had been monogrammed incorrectly even though I had not ordered them to be monogrammed at all. I sent the duvet cover back and it was received on Nov 1 which they acknowledged. It is December 7 and not one response as to the whereabouts of the replacement, and finally I have asked for a refund, however no one has responded even though the robo-response said someone would in 48 hours. Never shopping there again and will do my best to spread the word about this petty larceny business the owners are running into the ground. I have email trails and delivery receipts from FedEx but no photos or paperwork. The order # CD61-918956 ITEM(S) MISSING FROM ORDER [CSE: ggZ3Me, TKT: wKqvPZ]/fedex transit list and the response was the only direct email I have from them on November 1 at 10:07 AM : Dear Stuart,

The return was received two days ago. Please allow the warehouse some time to process it. We have 15 catalogs so it usually takes several weeks for returns and exchanges to be completed, as stated on the return form.

Hey, CuddleDown, when will you finally stop processing my order and ship it out? It's been two months since I placed my order, maybe it's the right time to send it to me? I paid for this, don't you think it's unfair as a minimum?
Moreover, the item is it stock. It has been always in stock. So I don't understand the reasons why you can't just take it in your hands, put it in a package and bring it to the post office (or whatever you do to send packages).
Please, do me a favor and do it.

Once I bought some items from www.cuddledown.com website and was pretty satisfied with my order and with customer service. Delivery was very quick, quality was nice.
About one month later I noticed a charge of $15 and had no idea who charged me and why. After a small research I finally found out that it was CuddleDown company. When I contacted them they said that they applied some kind of VIP membership on my account. I asked them to cancel it but received no reply. Next month they charged me again.
