Amazing app, saved me a lot of money in parking tickets in NYC. Also, I have a few traffic tickets in process. I'm hoping for a good outcome.

I gave them money to pay a NYC ticket and they never did. I got a later letter notice from NYC with late fees and penalties. I called Winit, all their staff are idiots. No one has a clue they are frauds and they stole my money. They should be shut down.

SCAM COMPANY. Unfortunatly I can't give them a 0 as review. They want me to ask the CITY to refund me money for a ticket that I paid 2 days after so I can pay them. But also they threaten me to put me in collections for $17 when I ALREDY PAID THE CITY for the ticket. Literally they try to rob me.

I got lost and ended up on this site, but they paid the ticket and only charged me half. I'm kinda concerned that they might have my banking info, even though I never asked them to fight for me. I double-checked, and the ticket was taken care of. I was planning to dispute it myself, but they saved me some time and a bit of cash. It's a bit sneaky, but for now, it's all good.

I keep getting calls from Winit about a ticket. The last call, I answered and the person claimed to be assigned to my case. They are trying to deceive people. I don't have a lawyer for this case. He never mentioned that he was calling from Winit, he just said he was assigned to my case. What a scam company. They are trying to make it seem like I hired them to handle my ticket. They attempted to manipulate me in this situation - they are dishonest. They don't want to be truthful, they are just trying to find any way to get business.

This company is doing sneaky stuff. Yesterday, I started to pay a ticket from *** online using their *** of *** But when I typed in the right web address to pay the ticket, I got sent to the WinIt site by mistake. I ended up paying the ticket amount to WinIt, a company I never heard of, without even knowing they were a third party. (There was no WinIt branding on the site or any sign that this was a third-party thing.) When I got an email receipt, they added a service fee that I didn't say they could. They didn't give me a chance to check and approve all the charges before they charged my credit card, and they didn't mention a service fee either. Plus, my ticket with *** didn't get paid right away, and when I called the customer service number on the receipt, nobody answered. Eventually, they called me back and said they'll credit my credit card in "6 to 8 days." If that doesn't happen, I'm gonna complain to ComplaintsBoard.com and my credit card company.

I searched for "ticket and parking violations NYC" and ended up choosing Winit without paying much attention. I entered my license plate number and found my tickets in judgment. I selected a ticket to pay, hoping to reduce my balance and avoid being booted or towed when I travel to Brooklyn. I'm from Brooklyn and haven't been able to visit my family. Despite my financial struggles, I managed to make a payment of $179, but $189 was deducted from my account. I was thrilled because I thought I could finally go home without worries. However, I received a letter thanking me for a previous payment I made a week ago using Winit. It turns out I still owe over $500 for tickets in judgment. I checked my NYC parking and violations account, and the ticket I paid through Winit was still there. I can't express how upset I am, especially because I have a funeral to attend that I won't be able to make. I don't want to say I got scammed, but I strongly feel that I did. I even received an email confirming my payment, which was processed and cleared from my bank account. Why is this still on my record? I'm so upset, and the tears won't stop falling. Why did this have to happen to me? Why?

Overall, this company might have had a good idea, but it's executed poorly. The system has technical problems and my experience with customer support was bad. Also, recently they've been aggressively trying to get money from me for services I didn't ask for. I'm worried that the company is a scam that takes advantage of the fact that their site and app are hard to use. It's frustrating and easy to forget about when trying to cancel services. I tried using their service for about a year. The dismissal rate was very low for the occasional parking ticket I got in Brooklyn or Manhattan. I used the iOS app and found it clunky and awkward, with bad instructions on how to enter my information. Eventually, I set it up to monitor my license plate for tickets. My main issue with the company was that they gave me wrong information about the status of a parking ticket. This resulted in me having to pay penalty fees to the city. Their automated system emailed me that it was processing a street cleaning parking ticket. Then, every two weeks for three months, I got another email saying the ticket was still processing and hadn't been resolved yet. After that time, I received a letter from the city stating that I was 3 months late and now owe $105. The original fine was $45 and there was an additional $60 in late penalties. Confused, I went back through my emails and confirmed that WinIt never informed me that the case was lost and I had to pay the violation. I contacted support, but they weren't willing to admit any mistake, even though it seemed clear to me that their system had lost track of the case, resulting in me getting fined. I stopped using the company about a year ago. I removed my license plate from the account. However, in July or August, I started receiving emails from their system again, saying it was tracking a ticket on my car. I logged in and checked, but my license plate wasn't in the account, so I didn't know what else to do but ignore it. I paid that parking violation myself immediately on the NYC website. Now, months later, I've started receiving annoying phone calls from WinIt demanding that I pay them fees for tickets they dismissed. At this point, I haven't submitted any tickets to their system and I have settled directly with NYC. I've contacted their support again, demanding to be completely removed and for the account to be closed.
