Surveillance-video Disappointing Experience with Surveillance-video.com: Delayed Shipping and Poor Communication

I recently made a purchase from Surveillance-video.com and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I placed an order for some materials that were listed as in-stock on October 6th. However, by October 11th, I had not received any information about when or how my order would be shipped. When I reached out to customer service, I received a canned response stating that it takes 3-5 business days for orders to ship and that there was a flat rate for shipping. They also mentioned that they would need to reach out to the manufacturer for more information.

I was confused as to why they needed to reach out to the manufacturer if the items were listed as in-stock. It seemed like a waste of time and unnecessary delay. On October 15th, I reached out again for an update and was informed that the manufacturer had not shipped anything yet and that it would be another week before they received any updates on what would be shipped to them. This seemed like an ancient business model to me. Why would the manufacturer ship to the seller, who then ships to the customer in 3-5 business days? It's time to get with the times and streamline the process.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Surveillance-video.com. I ended up going somewhere else to make my purchase. I hope they can improve their processes and communication in the future to provide a better experience for their customers.

Surveillance-video Affordable Surveillance System with Sensitive Motion Detection: A Review

I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the system I got from Surveillance-video. It's not the fanciest thing out there, but for the price I paid, it's doing a pretty good job. The one thing that bugs me a bit is the motion detection. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's great that it can pick up movement and all, but sometimes it's a bit too sensitive. Like, I'll get alerts for every little thing - a gust of wind, a rat scurrying by, you name it. It can be a bit much, you know?

So, I've learned to just turn off the motion detection unless I'm going away or something. But I did reach out to the support folks to see if there was anything I could do to improve things. They were pretty helpful, actually. They suggested I limit the coverage area for the cameras, which seems to have helped a bit.

All in all, I'd say I'm pretty satisfied with the system. It's not perfect, but it's doing what I need it to do. And the customer care was pretty good, so that's a plus. I'd give it four stars, all things considered.

Surveillance-video Exceptional Customer Service: Jeffery Tauber Helped Me Find the Perfect Security System

I recently made my first purchase on Surveillance Video and I have to say, it was a great experience. I found them on Google and was impressed with the large variety of security systems they offer. However, I was a bit confused on what to buy as the functions and features of the systems were all flying over my head. That's when I decided to give them a call and was connected to Jeff.

Let me tell you, this guy is good. He armed himself with a ton of knowledge about each item and understood my requirements. He patiently took me through the pros and cons of each product and recommended a system that fully met our needs. He even made sure to suggest products that fit my budget as if it was his own money he was spending.

I highly recommend calling Jeffery Tauber if you're having trouble selecting a product and are feeling confused. He's a real pro and will help you find the perfect security system for your needs. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the service I received from Surveillance Video. They have a great selection of products and their customer service is top-notch.

Surveillance-video Surveillance-video.com Review: Unreliable Stock Availability and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Surveillance-video.com for a Geovision i/o card. They claimed that the item was in stock and ready to ship. I was in need of a replacement for my security system, so I placed the order. However, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory.

After waiting for 8 days, I received a notification that they had created a UPS tag for my order, but it had not yet been shipped. I immediately sent two emails requesting that they cancel the order, as it was not as advertised. Unfortunately, they ignored my requests and went ahead with the shipment.

To make matters worse, they then sent me a ridiculous email asking why I would file a dispute with Paypal and refuse the delivery for an item that I had ordered. I was extremely frustrated and replied that they should have read my previous emails before sending such a question.

Now, I am left with no choice but to use my client's other working i/o and double up on the motion detectors. Needless to say, I am a very unhappy customer. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. Now, I have to waste my time dealing with Paypal to get a refund.

Overall, my experience with Surveillance-video.com was a complete disappointment. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, and their advertised stock availability was not accurate. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable security equipment.

Surveillance-video Terrible Customer Service and Order Cancellation: My Experience with Surveillance-video.com

I recently made a purchase on Surveillance-video.com for a total of $241 on April 15, 2020. I opted for 3-day shipping and paid an additional $40 to ensure that my order would arrive quickly. However, after a week had passed, I still had not received my order. I attempted to contact the company via email, but received no response. I then left a voicemail, but no one returned my call.

Frustrated, I decided to call the company directly. The customer service representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He informed me that my order had been shipped to another customer, but when I asked for a tracking number, he told me that there was none as my order had not yet been shipped. I was simply trying to get information about my order, but he accused me of yelling at him and hung up on me.

I attempted to call back, but this time I spoke with a woman from customer service who informed me that my order had been cancelled. She claimed that an email had been sent to me regarding the cancellation, but I never received any such email. I was extremely disappointed with the company's lack of communication and poor customer service.

Overall, I would advise others to stay away from Surveillance-video.com. Their customer service is incredibly rude and unhelpful, and they seem to have a tendency to cancel orders without proper notification. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I believe they deserve nothing but negative feedback.

Surveillance-video Disastrous Shopping Experience: Website Navigation Easy, Shipping and Customer Service a Nightmare

This website is pretty easy to navigate. But, let me tell you, the rest of my shopping experience was a total disaster. When I placed my order for two items, they charged my credit card right away. But, I didn't get any notification about shipping. So, I decided to email them a few days later to check on my order. They told me that one of the items was backordered for four weeks, but the other one had already been shipped. I was relieved to hear that, but then I still didn't get any confirmation of shipping. So, I emailed them again. This time, they told me that nothing had been shipped yet! I was so frustrated. I asked them to cancel the backorder, refund my credit card for that item, and ship the in-stock item as soon as possible. Finally, after more than a week, they shipped my order. But, the shipping service they used was UPS, and it was the worst shipping service I've ever had. It took longer than the postal service, and they charged me ridiculous brokerage fees! I had prepaid the customs brokerage charges, but when the driver showed up at the receiver's address, he wanted payment for brokerage charges again! This has never happened to me when shipping by post. What a mess! I'm never ordering from this website again if UPS is the only shipping option.

Surveillance-video Resolution 960 KPCN501 Video Camera Review: User-Friendly Ordering, Complicated Setup, Additional Parts Required

Part 1 - Ordering the product:
I gotta say, I had a quick chat with Jeffrey on the phone and he got me all set up with what I needed. But what really put this website over the top was how easy it was to navigate and find what I was looking for. I mean, I'm not the most tech-savvy guy out there, but even I was able to figure it out. So, props to you guys for making it user-friendly!

Part 2 - Using the product:
So, I gotta be honest, I'm still trying to figure this thing out. I mean, I know it's gonna be great once I get it up and running, but I'm having a bit of trouble finding the right power supply and adapter to connect it to my monitor. I guess that's just part of the process, though, right? I mean, nothing worth having comes easy.

Part 3 - Bottom-line:
Okay, so here's the deal. This purchase was definitely not a "plug and play" situation. I mean, I've bought some complicated stuff before, but this one takes the cake. I'm sure once I get everything set up, this Resolution 960 KPCN501 video camera is gonna be top-notch. But until then, I can't really speak to its performance. One thing I will say, though, is that it would have been nice if the website had mentioned that I needed additional parts to use this thing. I mean, a power supply is kind of a basic necessity, right? So, if you're thinking about buying this product, just be aware that you're gonna need some extra stuff to get it up and running.

Surveillance-video Unboxing and First Impressions of KEZ-c2DR28V12N Cameras from Surveillance-Video.com

I just got my hands on 2 KEZ-c2DR28V12N cameras from surveillance-video.com and I gotta say, the packaging was top-notch. The cameras were nestled in a bubble cage inside their factory boxes, which were then wrapped in a ton of bubble wrap and placed in a larger box. It was like a present that I couldn't wait to open!

Upon first glance, the cameras look pretty solid. They're made of some kind of metal (I'm guessing aluminum since it's not magnetic) and have a sleek white finish. The bolts look like they're made of stainless steel, but they do have a slight attraction to magnets. The clear dome covering the camera lens is crystal clear and looks like it'll provide some great footage.

I decided to crack one of the cameras open and take a peek inside. From what I could see, the quality looks top-notch. The instructions that came with the cameras were just pictures with labels and a couple of tables of specs, but they should be enough to get the job done. The cameras also came with allen keys, a template, a DC adapter, a test patch cable, and mounting screws.

I compared the specs of these cameras to others in a similar price range and they looked pretty good. The fact that they can handle low temperatures was a big selling point for me since I live in Vermont and it gets pretty chilly here in the winter.

I haven't installed the cameras yet, but I'll definitely update this post once I do and can test them out. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase from surveillance-video.com and would definitely recommend them to others looking for quality surveillance equipment.

Surveillance-video Disappointing Experience with Surveillance-Video: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Refund Process

I recently had an experience with Surveillance-video that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order for a product that was listed as in stock and was told it would arrive within a week. However, I never received any confirmation or tracking information, even after a full week had passed.

After calling the company to inquire about my order, I was told that they would look into it and get back to me. Unfortunately, I still didn't receive any updates or information about my order. It wasn't until 12 days later that I called again and was told that they couldn't even confirm whether or not the product had shipped.

At this point, I was growing increasingly frustrated and decided to request a refund. However, even this process was fraught with difficulties. I had to call multiple times and was given conflicting information about the status of my refund.

In fact, it wasn't until almost four weeks after my initial order that I finally received confirmation that my refund had been processed. Throughout this entire ordeal, I felt like I was getting the runaround and that the company didn't really care about my experience as a customer.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from Surveillance-video. Their customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced, and the entire process was needlessly frustrating and time-consuming. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to order from, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Surveillance-video Impressed with Surveillance-video.com's Sales and Service!

I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out after my last camera system purchase from a different vendor a few years back. But after doing some research, I stumbled upon Surveillance-video.com and decided to give them a shot. My buddy from work recommended them, so I figured why not?

I had a specific list of features I wanted in my new camera system, and I was worried about pushy salespeople trying to sell me on things I didn't need. But Ronald from sales was a total pro. He listened to my needs and recommended some options for me to check out. I was impressed with his knowledge of home surveillance systems, but I still wanted to do my own research to make sure I wasn't getting conned again.

Thankfully, the website had some awesome filters that made it super easy to narrow down my options. And wouldn't you know it, Ronald's recommendation had everything I was looking for. Score!

Now that I've got my new cantek plus system with 4 eyeball cameras up and running, I'm pretty stoked. The cameras work great, but I'm still figuring out how to set the different record modes. I might have to hit up customer support for some help.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with my experience with Surveillance-video.com so far. Thanks, guys!

Surveillance-video Mixed Experience with Surveillance-Video: Great Product, Poor Customer Service

I recently gave a ring to the sales line of Surveillance-video and I gotta say, the rep I talked to was a bit of a snob. I was just trying to get some info about whether or not the product I was interested in came with software that would let me view it from my office. But this guy was all like, "Oh, all Hikvision dvr's have this software, duh." And when I asked about the app for my phone, he gave me the same attitude. Like, come on man, I'm just trying to get some help here.

I mean, I get it, maybe he's dealt with a lot of people who don't know what they're talking about. But still, I don't think it's too much to ask for a little bit of patience and understanding. Especially since I'm a paying customer, you know? It shouldn't matter if I'm buying one dvr or thirty, I should still be treated with respect.

Anyway, despite the less-than-stellar customer service, I did end up buying the product I was looking for. And I have to say, I'm pretty happy with it so far. The software was easy enough to install and use, and I can access it from my office without any issues. The app for my phone works well too, although it did take a bit of tinkering to get it set up.

Overall, I'd say that Surveillance-video has some good products, but their customer service could use a little work. If you're looking to buy from them, just be prepared to deal with some attitude from the sales reps. But if you can get past that, you might find what you're looking for.

Surveillance-video Surveillance-Video: The Solution to Your Property Security Needs

I was checkin' out Surveillance-video (surveillance-video.com) and I gotta say, they got some pretty sweet stuff. I was lookin' for a way to keep an eye on my property, ya know, make sure no one's messin' with my stuff. And let me tell ya, they got all kinds of cameras and systems to choose from.

I ended up gettin' one of their outdoor cameras and it's been workin' great. I can see everything that's goin' on outside my house and it gives me peace of mind. Plus, the quality of the video is really good, so I can see everything clearly.

But here's the thing, I had a package delivered by UPS and the driver was actin' like a real jerk. He threw the package from the back of the truck to the front cab and when he got to my house, he just dropped it off and left without sayin' a word. And to top it off, the box was all crushed up and the inner box was damaged.

So, I called up Surveillance-video and they helped me out with gettin' a camera set up to watch for any future deliveries. They were real helpful and made sure I got what I needed.

Overall, I'm real happy with my purchase from Surveillance-video and I'd recommend 'em to anyone lookin' for some good surveillance equipment. Just watch out for those UPS drivers with attitude problems!

Surveillance-video Surveillance-video.com Review: Good Products, But Website Navigation Needs Improvement

I gotta say, this website Surveillance-video.com is a bit of a hassle to navigate. That "recently viewed" banner is just plain annoying. Every time I try to move to the next screen, it's blocking my view and it's a pain to get rid of. And what's up with the free shipping? It's not even easy to see! They should make it more prominent and maybe even give us a code to use for it. But if they do give us a code, they better make it clear and easy to enter.

Honestly, if I wasn't buying gifts, I wouldn't even bother with this website. It's just too much of a headache to navigate. But I gotta admit, they do have a good selection of surveillance equipment. So if you're willing to put up with the website's flaws, you might find what you're looking for.

Surveillance-video Challenging Order Placement Process on Surveillance-Video's Website

I gotta say, I had a bit of a tough time placing an order on Surveillance-video's website. Every time I tried to change my personal info, the "place order" button would disappear and my credit card info would get erased. It was like the page was refreshing every time I entered a new piece of info, instead of waiting for me to finish and hit submit. I ended up accidentally trying to place my order three times before I even got to the credit card info part. Not gonna lie, it was pretty frustrating. But once I finally got everything entered correctly and hit submit, my order went through just fine. So I guess it all worked out in the end. Surveillance-video Disappointing Shipping Experience with Surveillance-Video.com: Lack of Fragile Handling and Rough Handling by Shipping Company

I recently purchased an electronic device from surveillance-video.com and was disappointed with the shipping process. The device came in a delicate box that had "fragile" written on all sides. Surveillance-video Terrible Experience with Surveillance-Video: False Promises and Extra Fees

I had a really bad experience with Surveillance-video. I ordered 50 hard drives from them, but they kept lying to me about the status of my order. Every time I called, they said it had been shipped, but it never arrived. I waited for more than two months, but still nothing. I even had two order numbers, ***638 and ***, but it didn't seem to make a difference.

Finally, after all that time, they told me I had to pay an extra $5000 to get my orders. I couldn't believe it! They had wasted so much of my time and didn't seem to care about their customers at all. I had no choice but to cancel my orders.

I would definitely warn others to be careful with this company. They don't seem to honor their promises or stand behind their words. It's really disappointing to have such a bad experience with a company that you thought you could trust.

Surveillance-video Ordering Process Issues on Surveillance-Video's Website: A Review

The paypal link on Surveillance-video's website needs some work. When you try to place an order, it sends the shipping information to Paypal with the wrong state and zip code. This causes problems with the Paypal Gateway and the order gets rejected. You have to fix it manually and try again. But that's not all - when you resubmit the order, it doubles the amount you ordered! So you have to go back and fix it again.

And even if you don't want to follow up on your order, the website still asks for your email. This is annoying because you don't want to give out your email if you don't have to.

Overall, Surveillance-video has some issues with their ordering process. It's frustrating to have to fix mistakes and deal with unnecessary emails. But if you can get past that, their products are good quality and their customer service is helpful.

Surveillance-video Poor Service and Communication: My Experience with Thingamajig Purchase

The thingamajig is really good, but the dude who sold it to me didn't do a good job of telling me what was up. I bought it and then waited and waited for an email saying it was on its way. But no email came. So I had to email the dude myself and then he told me it was gonna be three weeks before it shipped. If I had known that, I would have bought it somewhere else. The service was really bad and the communication was even worse. I don't know if I'll buy from them again. :(

Surveillance-video Misleading Advertisement and Poor Customer Service from Surveillance-video.com

I recently had a conversation with the customer support team at Surveillance-video.com regarding a Blind spot sensor unit that I purchased for my pickup truck. The unit cost me a whopping $394, and I was extremely disappointed to find out that it cannot be installed in metal bumpers. What's more, the product specifications did not mention anything about this limitation.

When I contacted the customer support team, they were not very helpful. They told me that I should have done a better job researching the unit before making the purchase and that I cannot return it. I was shocked to hear this, especially since I had no way of knowing that the unit would not work with metal bumpers.

To make matters worse, I found out that other units on the market clearly state that they cannot be installed in metal bumpers. This made me feel like the advertisement for this unit was misleading, and I was not happy about it.

I believe that the right thing for Surveillance-video.com to do would be to refund my money and correct the information on their website. However, the customer service representative I spoke to was not willing to help me in any way. In fact, I felt like they were telling me to get lost.
