Wingstop review: Wings and fries and service overall

We went to Wingstop at 8540 Highway 6 North in Houston, TX. It was the worst experience we have ever had at any wingstop. My husband was literally pulling feathers out of his chicken, half the fries were hard as a rock and the other half were raw. My daughters favorite is the fries and they were inedible. We are only writing so you know the location and hopefully can make some changes. It has been good and bad but last few times only bad. Now we just won’t return to that location. They were also playing music so loud from the kitchen we could not hear each other talk. Thank you for your time.
