Wingstop review: Previous owner Alan Mathis complaint

This is Alan Mathis previous Original Owner of Richardson, Tx location! I went into the location at 4697 Poplar Ave Memphis, TN last night. There where three employees on staff last night. However, the manager/supervisor on staff closed early and refused any more orders.

My arrival time was 9:20pm into the lobby and that's after attempts to call in a order without anyone picking up. The supervisor/manager had both employees doing cleaning and not orders at all! She out right refused to take anymore orders stating had more orders than she could fill via online!

It was more than obvious, customer where dissatisfied and upset to include myself. No one was greeted upon entrance and I waited over thirty mins to place an order to be told she won't be taking anymore!

She and only she was attempting to prepare orders very slowly, cashier and ignored phone orders the entire time I was in the lobby!

I not sure why this young lady was so ineffectively managing this location, but it was totally embarrassing from a owners prospective! Not to mention costly!
