So, we had a guy from WindowWall LLC come over to give us a quote for a big ol' picture window. He gave us a price, but then said that it was only good while he was in our house. What the heck does that even mean? He said if we didn't buy right then and there, the price would go up by 600 bucks! He even wrote down both prices for us. We thought he was joking, but he was dead serious. It felt like we were dealing with a slimy used car salesman. We were pretty put off by the whole thing and don't think we'll be doing business with them. Who knows, maybe they're trying to sell windows for used cars now!

11/20 I signed a contract with WindowWall LLC for $26,000 to install 16 windows. Unfortunately, 2 of the windows were pitted and cracked upon installation. The Window Wall has yet to fix the broken windows.

We got new windows and doors from WindowWall LLC and they did a good job with the quality and installation. But the financing was a mess. We did two jobs and were told we could finance them with zero interest for two years. But when we paid off the first job, we found out we were still paying for the full amount. The monthly payments are too high and we can't change them even if we pay extra. Medallion Bank, which they use, takes interest payments even though it's supposed to be no interest for 24 months. We're happy with the work, but the financing was not upfront and we wouldn't recommend them. We went from being able to pay off most of it to struggling with high payments.
