On August 30th, 2022 we noticed a water mark on our bathroom ceiling, we had gutters installed 3 weeks prior, we went outside to inspect the roof area and noticed that the gutter on top of the specific area had an intentional hole on the bottom of it, it was raining, we noticed water gushing out like a waterfall on to the roof/shingles. It was 1:00 am I text the man that sold us the product, I wanted to make sure we had emergency service here early morning, he was very kind and game me the Intaller Manager's number for this area, we played phonetexting for almost a week, finally on 9/5/2022 he sent someone here to repair the gutter, well nothing was done to expectations, to start he didnt have a latter, finally he decided to go to lowes and buy one to climb up to the roof, end result, he cocked the hole and shingles so avoid more water licking into roof, in other words a bandade. I reached out to this manager and asked when this would get replaced or fix, he turned around and told me it was fixed, he said we had no room for a downspout in that area and that was the best he could do, on Tuesday the 7th, I text Mr. Manager again because the stain on ceiling was getting bigger, he never returned any of my calls, on 9/8/22 I decided to call the company directly, I did this all week and had the same answer,"Someone will be calling to set up an inspection", what else can I do with this situation, today is the 16th, still no reply, I even took photos and texted them to the company with my gutter in comparison with my neighbors that have the same roof and same style of gutters with the downspout in place like I should have one on mine, this is totally wrong, they got all the money paid before installation, they advertise life warranty with no hassels and this is how they treat us, they should not be in business if they cant provide a justified service.

We contracted with John & his company Homecraft Inc for work over $14, 000. The 1 bay window is leaking so bad it compromised the window & wall. I contacted the company & was told it is not their issue it is the manufacture mind you this is the Homecraft brand window. I was told with the manufacturer warranty & their lifetime warranty I would be covered if anything ever happened. Now they are saying that we have to pay almost $1000 more for them to replace the window. The manufacturer stepped up & supplied a window because no one knows where the leak is coming from. John said because the manufacturer stepped up they have no obligation to install it. They took my money told me I would be safe with them & left me not able to pay for another install & said oh well too bad. Because I can't afford to pay they are going to just drop the window off at my house to sit until I someday can pay to have it installed. Thank you Homecraft for taking such good care of your clients.
