The installer did a great job. My only complaint is the3 hour window thegive for the technician to arrive. I list vacation time for this appointment. The tech called 15 minutes prior to the back side of the window to say he would be late. Thanks. But did not show until 2.5 hours after that. But he did a great job. Just wish the company offered a 1/2 hour to 45 minute notice of when tech was leaving for my site

Installation team professional and clear to the point on the work that is about to be performed. They addressed all concerns that I had with the service. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is because I am still waiting to hear back from the corporate office about installing my shutters back on my house. The installation team indicated that it was not on the contract and I would need to request for the service to be completed.

They came out and showed me what they offer. By far the best widows for the price! This is the second home I've had Window World do. I love their workmanship and attention to the little details. They actually cared about not stepping on my wifes flower bed and made efforts to work around it. They cleaned up the house after installation. Customer service was great. I would not hesitate to recommend this company! Great work guys! Thank you!

I highly recommend Window World for your window needs. The guys that they send out are very sweet, hard workers with perfection! The only issue I had overall with Window World was the rescheduling of the date which cost me to take off work 2x. They did take a little dollar amount off to compensate my time. Overall they did a GREAT JOB AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AS THEY HAVE THE BEAT PRICES! My house looks good! These windows were a LONG TIME COMING! Installed 7/14

It took four appointments to get 1 window installed. They give a four hour window but cancelled the morning of each time, ruining my day. The window was finally installed on the fourth attempt and was still missing parts. I am now waiting for another appointment to get the additional parts installed. I refused to make final payment until the job is complete. I just got one window to test their service before getting all my windows done. I most certainly will go elsewhere.

Installers did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took time to explain the install process. Took extra precautions to make sure all the debris form the install was minimal. Cleaned up after the install and took everything away when they were finished. Product looks beautiful. Windows are quality made. Our windows had to be custom ordered to fit our house, and they fit perfect. Very satisfied with every aspect of using Window World for my window purchase and install. I will use them again.

While I had to wait additional 3 weeks when installer called and was worried about a storm coming in and postponed installing windows I still give them 5 Stars. They were professional, clean, neat and efficient changing out 6 windows & patio slider. They demonstrated various positions to use the windows, cleaned up as they went along respectful to me and my home throughout the entire process. Area Supervisor stopped in to check on progress & made follow up call tonight. Very pleased overall and would certainly recommend them & the windows area absolutely beautiful!

Fantastic service! From the free evaluation to the install, I was very pleased with Window World! Dennis was our salesperson and had great communication with me and was never pushy and I never felt obligated. We did estimates from two other companies and their pricing and customer service stood out above the others. We replaced eight windows and ordered all new shutters and the job was done very quickly and the installers left the place very clean. We were most pleased with their timing after we placed the order. I have already recommended this company to several of my friends and I am certain that I will use them again in the future! Friendly, fast and clean!

First of all, there were no pushy sales tactics like I experienced with another window company...and I really appreciate that! The two installers that came out were very professional and so nice! I never even asked them their names, but if I could give them 10 stars I would. The house they were replacing windows in is in the process of being almost completely rehabbed (gutted) and there is currently no air conditioning. It was super hot in the house, but they were very kind and understanding about the whole situation. I don't know how great their other installers are, but these two have got to be the best there is! The windows are great, and I expect to have many good years out of them!

It was nearly a 5 star review. All 6 windows were replaced in about 2 1/2 hours and they look and work great. My only 2 complaints are that: 1. as the crew was collecting my old aluminum frames in my gravel driveway, so that it could be recycled, they dropped and left several nails in my driveway (clearly more concerned with the recycling money than with my tires). 2. We paid $150.00 extra on our contract to have window trim removed from 4 windows, prior to window replacement, and to have it trimmed to fit new windows then reinstall the trim. They did remove the trim and saved it for me to deal with. I assumed if they were unwilling to do the extra work I was probably better off to do it myself. After all they are professional window installers not trim fitters.

They came out and measured for a special order window. They were responsive and made the process easy, which is why I did not give them a 1. However, when the window was installed I was told when the appointment was made that the installers would call me when they were done so I could come and sign off. The installer called and let me know they were getting ready to start and that he would call me when they were about done. Several hours later I had my mom go by to see of they were still there, which they were not. They left a sheet in the door where they had scribbled something on the line where the customer was supposed to sign. When I went to inspect the window a few days later, it was smaller than the original opening. It was trimmed in nicely on the outside, however on the inside it was inset about 3/4 of an inch and there was a 1 inch gap at the top. I reported to the salesman and he went back by to check it and told me it was correct and that we just needed to trim it out on the inside. It was obvious where the trim was before, and he had measured the opening with the origonal window in place. Then my card was charged for the balance, I suppose with the scribble from the installers as my authorization. I have to say I have probably never been more disappointed with a service.

I would of left 5 stars, but there were a few things that were not amazing. When I noticed something about the glass having a green hue, I could not get an answer about that from the main headquarters. I couldn't get an answer from our local office. I called our sales man and never got a call back. Called the field supervisor and after a few calls again, he did call me back to address some of the issues of the finished windows. I ended up getting my info about the glass color from you tube. The problem with the green glass is it makes white curtains look green. We have a bright blue roof, so it looked terrible. When I asked the field Supervisor about it, he asked, "Didn't your salesman tell you about that? Did your salesman have a sample?" The answer was no to both. The green glass is everywhere on other homes and apartment buildings, but they usually have very grey or tan roofs, (because it is a special glass,) But it would of been nice to know. I had to get dark blue sheers to counteract the green tint. Our installer Josh was amazing. He had 2 helpers with him. It took 2 weeks to get our windows installed due to illnesses, but I love the windows and the features. I wish I had taken more time to research windows in general. I like the white slats we have, but again, because of the green tint to the glass, they look green. My recommendation is if you are going to replace windows, divide your rooms up. Window world requires you to have 3 feet clearance on either side of the window and 3 feet in front. Or house is still trying to be put back together. We did 12 windows. I should of done more like 6 and then 6 a month later.! My experience was there was no discounts. Half up front, the rest when done. After I had the field supervisor come out to show him my concerns, he fixed everything and was knowledgeable about my concerns. And lastly, the reason we went with Window World is they support the St. Louis Blues, and their ease of scheduling the date for them to come. They have a great reputation. Just need to work on the return phone calls..
