Tucson Rolling Shutters & Screens is the worst ever. If you make it through the voice mail loops and actually get a service representative hold on as it will take at least a month under warranty for them to look at the problem. Another month to fix it and when they finally bring them back, they leave without telling you or completing the job. Now go through the same circus and even though they left without properly finishing the job. Yes, that's right, another 3 plus weeks for them to come back. The product has come out of the track three times, each required a service call. We have only used them for a total 5 months and now no end when they will work again. Asked to speak with a manager and was told he would have to call me back and I was then told he might or might not. Wow, but I will say the lady I spoke with was polite and courteous so there is that. Go somewhere else to buy your shutters.

Everyone I dealt with from my first visit in the store to the installation was most professional and helpful. The screens keep my east facing living-dining area cooler. I recommend their company.

We have had three rolling screens installed this year and they are all working very well. We did have some problems with our wind sensor however; the technicians worked until the problems were resolved. Great product, excellent customer service!

In this day and age of companies that have NO idea of good quality and customer service, TRSS is a bright refreshing change! Always call, always set a time that meets our needs, always show up on time! The quality & workmanship is top notch. Their warranties are the best and no hassle.

My parents bought a unit in 2011. I took it apart because nobody would want to service it since the guy that installed it is no longer in the business. They used self-tapping screws rather than the provided screws that the manufacturer gave, so therefore I had to cut the motor in half. It was a bad installation job from day one.

Excellent! We have a west facing patio which gets full sun in the afternoon. Often its too hot to sit out there for long. With our new outside blinds it makes a huge difference, its like having an extra room. It was easy doing business with them and installation was a smooth process. Highly recommended.

Ordered in April, installed in August. While it took a while to install, it is custom and was done on schedule, perfectly and didn't take long at all to install. It's a very wide rolling shade but the two installers acted like it was no big deal. I appreciate the professionalism of everyone I interacted with and the swiftness in answering my questions. I'd recommend them to friends.

Our rolling shades were installed this summer after the worst of the heat was over so I can't address whether they have helped with keeping the interior cooler. The installers forgot a couple of small things (like the correct color of screws) but they were remedied in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone we dealt with in the office and here at our home was pleasant and professional. The remote control makes using the shades very convenient!

I am happy to share that the installation of our black out screens went very well. The one thing I appreciate is even though the order took a while due to COVID the company forecasted when the install would take place and they actually did it when they said they would. The install looks great and the product works great. One thing to celebrate is a effortless installation as the homeowner and thats what we want to see. Very unhappy with installation outcome, especially considering the cost of this product and service. Screens have been intermittently operable. They were not lubricated at all--told to buy a lubricant that is not available locally and difficult to buy online. Why was it not done and the lubricant furnished? Calls to company been answered but have failed to result in the return of service people.The installers were great! Friendly and hard working. Phone calls to company are answered promptly but follow-up service and quality of product are marginal.

My husband and I have always been pleased with our experience with this company, as this is our third time using them. As in the past, the staff was very prompt and professional every step of the way; our first meeting to discuss what we wanted, second meeting for measurements, and third meeting for installation. (sidebar) During the installation process an unforeseen 'hick-up' happened. The technician and his assistance went above and beyond to do the right thing for us. It also needs to noted how exceptionally clean they left they left the worksite... the 5 month wait was worth it! ?

Horrible company to do business with I had to get the registrar of contractor involved to get the leaks around our windows fixed after installation. Every time it rained water would soak the drywall around the window. I would call and eventually someone would come out and blame it on the roof. I had the roof check and it wasn"t the problem. After 3 drywall repairs and numerous emails /text messages with the so called company president who refuses to speak to you. I filed a complaint with the registrar of contractors. You would not believe how fast Tucson Rolling Shutters management got in touch with me to fix the problem. Come to find out when the shutters were bolted to the wall installers forgot to caulk around the bolts. After that no more leaks. $20,000. and a lot of headache later the install was finally done right. I certainly would not recommend this company.
