New View Windows and Doors I had some trouble with New View Windows and Doors Inc

I had some trouble with New View Windows and Doors Inc. I signed a contract with Mr. on 4/15 and gave him a deposit of $2,030.00. But, because of Covid-19, my HOA wouldn't let contractors work until recently. I tried to talk to Mr. about it starting on February 1st 2022, but he hasn't been available. I'm really frustrated with him and I want my money back since he hasn't done any work.
