Wilhoit Properties – Rent/water

Hello,

I have reached out to you all and was referred back to my leasing office. I do not feel that the matter at hand was solved. Now I feel that the matter is worst than what had begun. I do not want to speak with my apartment complex because I do not feel that the management is caring for the issue at hand. I have tried to communicate with someone at Wilhoit Properties and yet no one has helped. Where is the person that cares for how things are going on at these properties. So many tenants have issues with water and I’ve been told that no one has fixed the water problem in these homes and instead of fixing the problem, rent is now paying for water bills & late charges are charged to the tenants. As if the rent is not paid in full. This is a complete lie.

I am needing to speak with someone about this problem because this is now affecting my kids and I. This is a place to stay. I have reached out for assistance at 211 to assist many times. Someone is needing to do Audits on the properties and Check on the tenants. Surveys from the tenants or something. I can not believe that homes will put families out due to a water problem. Pure hatred.
