CAPS, LLC seems sketchy AF
CAPS, LLC seems sketchy AF. They never call back and only sent me one text asking for my ID to check out a crib. They wanted me to give my credit card to some random third party. No way, Jose.

caps llc is a bad company. they treat their workers like crap. they like the bad ones and fire the good ones. they don't talk to anyone. the bosses are not professional. they don't care about the customers or the workers.

I only gave them one star because I had to give them something to write this review. Honestly, they don't deserve any stars. They trick you into thinking you can rent to own a property, but then they back out. And if that's not bad enough, they illegally kick you out. They don't care if you have kids or if there's a pandemic going on. I wouldn't wish what I'm going through on anyone. And to top it off, I found out they did the same thing to the previous tenants. This company is a bunch of crooks.

Caps is awesome! They were always nice and helpful from the start. Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of them, but they got lots of properties to look after. When we picked a place to rent, they were super friendly and answered all our questions. We had a little problem when we moved in, but they fixed it in just 3 days! That's really fast!
