Wholecelium.com failure to deliver goods

I ordered truffles from this website, was convinced by them to change from registered post to unregistered as the said delivery of this method is more successful. After the purchase they stopped correspondence and it has been 2 months and I still have not received my order, I suspect that they never even sent them. They are ignoring my emails which is a display of extremely bad customer service. I recommend people steer clear of this company. They look legit and may very well be within the Netherlands but their failure to communicate with me indicates that they are a custom to ripping off international customers.

Wholecelium is a scam site guys, please heed the warning!

After placing the order, was never sent a confirmation email or tracking.

When complained about this, was ignored.

2 weeks later received DUDS in the post. When contacted about this, I got a very childish response saying that the reason I got duds was my fault?

SCAM site, please avoid.

I got emails from your company to complete the order with payment. I emailed back saying I pd w/ bitcoin from coinbase, but they said wait until monday before it sends. Monday passed, the payment of approx. $50. U.S. was made but I have not heard back from your company. Please acknowledge order.

Growkit arrived finally. So company is legit/ok. Just a little communication issue on their side.

Ordered twice to the UK as a first time truffle buyer. Used direct bank transfer. Bought the on-sale truffles both times months apart, 15g and 45g. Easy to track product as it comes in and had no problems. Took about a week to get to me. Package is discreet and well sealed, truffles were also well sealed. Good potency and accurate description of product on the site. Honestly amazed how easy it's been as a beginner.

Ordered growkit and truffles. Got the growkit but not the truffles and wholecillium won't refund or send product. They say contact the shipping co. I did, nothing, then they say send us pictures. I laughed, pictures of something I didn't get, awesome. I won't be using them again

Places an order, received multiple communications up until the time I sent payment. Then they went silent. I haven't received my shipping info nor have I received a response to the 3 times I've emailed asking for confirmation.

Scam site! Do not order from this site.

I live in a '3rd world' country and I was chatting with wholecelium's customer service. I asked if they could do 'pay after delivery' cos there is no assurance that I'll get the product after I pay. The [censored] reported and gave all my details to the financial crimes organization in my country. So much for privacy. Be careful.

I just sent wholecelium $72 USD by registered mail and now theyre claiming that there was only $45 in the envelope.[censored]ing thieves!

Just placed an order on may 7th. Same thing all the complaints are saying. Quick to reply before your payment. Then all of a sudden they dissapear after you paid. Its been half a month. Yet to hear anything.
