My husband was visiting in Houston, TX on my birthday October 6, 2025 (we live in Madras, OR) He chose to buy 2 women’s tops, with the assurance I could exchange or return them if he kept the receipt. The tops are too small and I tried to get help online. Then I was told to contact the store directly and they said they couldn’t help me so to call customer service. They told me they couldn’t help me and I would need to visit a store. We live in rural Oregon and the closest store is over 100 miles away on the other side of the Cascade Mountains.
I asked to talk to a supervisor and he refused. Then I was I was instructed to hang up and call the same number again.
