Hello,

On September 6th 2023, I placed an order for 6 items on the white fox website - 3 pairs of sweatsuits (ORDER #USA1415593). I received the package fairly quickly on Tuesday, September 12th, and requested a shipping label for the return shortly after. On Wednesday, September 20th I went into the United Postal Service Office and sent the package containing all 6 items back as requested when doing a return. According to the tracking on that order, it was received by the White Fox Facility on Friday, September 22nd.

When processing the information for the return on the white fox website, I was told that I would be receiving store Credit for the entire order value which was 280 dollars once the package was received. I understand that there are delays and many returns are delivered regularly, so it might take some time, BUT it has been exactly 3 weeks since I sent it back and approximately 19 days since White Fox received the returned order.

I have reached out to their customer service Email service multiple times and have heard absolutely nothing on their end regarding my store credit/refund. I even directly messaged them on Instagram 3 days ago on October 8th and have still received no response. I am highly disappointed with the quality of their customer service and do not see myself shopping with them in the future. What is more important on the other hand is that I receive some sort of compensation or credit.

If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.

- Item/s will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan

- Postage must be covered to send the item back to us

- All returns are processed once received at our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.

- Please note: We do not accept the return of any fake tan, socks, lingerie or earrings unless defective or faulty.

- All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed unless defective.

- Please return shoes within its box in a postage bag, the box must be received in original condition.

- It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

- Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

So Mr. Helpful, be helpful and riddle me this, I finally received my store credit on October 22nd - over a month after I had RETURNED the order and then placed a new order to get this situation over with on October 24th. It is now November 13th and they have yet to ship out my order. I have wasted so much time emailing customer service to get nowhere with this situation. I just want my order so that I can be done with White Fox FOR GOOD. I will never shop there again and I was previously a repeat customer. They have quite possibly the worst [censored]ing customer service that I have ever dealt with and quite frankly I am so over them wasting my time. I just want what I paid for, I am not gonna let them just get away with basically robbing me of hundreds of dollars it is unacceptable and super embarrassing on their behalf.

We are glad to actually hear back from you. We'd be glad to assist where we can but would request you do not use forms of vulgarity within your communication.

During the holiday period, unexpected delays can happen. This is especially true when mailing between countries as packages can be delayed at the boarder. Please be patient.

Hi I am going through this exact same thing. I’ve been trying to revive my refund for 1 item since July. They are not responding to my emails. Not sure if they accidentally sent me the tracking information but I have proof my item was returned and deliver on Sept 4. It is now Oct 18 and still nothing! I definetly won’t be shopping here again due to poor customer service and hope others are aware of this headache!

Apparently this is happening to a lot of people and it is extremely frustrating, I’m being told to wait and see if they will respond to my emails, but I am trying to dispute the charge. I’m have filed already one dispute and they actually responded there but all they said is that they have confirmation that I have received my order even though that is what my issue is about. I just wish that they would answer my emails so that this could be resolved. I have even gone to the extent of commenting under 10+ of their videos on tik tok to get their attention, along with DMing them on Instagram… I am not giving up! My order was for six items and was a couple hundred dollars, with that being said I refuse to let them get away with this! I just know that moving forward I will never purchase through them again.
