Westpac froze all of my accounts without notice after a single transaction. I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years, yet I was locked out completely — unable to even view balances — and left without access to essential living funds. The fraud team was aggressive and dismissive. Weeks later, I am still locked out with no resolution or clear explanation. This heavy-handed and unreasonable approach has caused severe financial hardship. Customers deserve a bank that acts fairly and communicates transparently
Recommendation: Never bank with Westpac !!!
