I was told I would be sent a debt card for MY REFUND FROM MY GAP INSURANCE. I got my card but after the 30 day window. So YOU TOOK BACK MY 916.00 that is mine.
You are crooks, liars, and scammers. You work with Auto Lounge and the best way to screw the customers you do.
I will keep posting this negative review on every site I can

Claimed loss: 916.00

Desired outcome: I want my 916.00 it's my money I paid my car off in 30 days and I am due 916.00 refund. They sent me a debt card after the 30 day window then took back the 916.00. I want a cashiers check from them. I dont trust them for a regular check
