West Town Court Apartments

Good afternoon… the apartments here at town court are spacious clean and we love them but the service in the offfice that us residents receive is unacceptable…. Since our stay here we have reported many issues to the office politely with our apartment …( the washer , there was a leak, our dryer doesn’t work , our sink disposal and our sink handle was reposted months ago) every time we would report these things for them to be fixed they would treat us very rudely and disrespectful…and we yet to have anyone come fix them. Once she told us that the maintence guys were unavailable and were abt to leave. We went directly to the maintenance guys and they confirmed to us that the information was false. They were available and they themselves offered to come fix our issue without an appointment from the office because they themselves are aware that the office wasn’t going to do anything abt it and that was confirmed too. the manager Leslie tends to interpret you very frequently and shows her attitude very freely … I’ve tried to ask for help about stolen packages in their locker rooms and as much as I understand they don’t have them I don’t even get my question out without her interruption and rude comments … she doesn’t care to helps others especially not the residents here I’m not the only one who has this same experience if there is a petition needed we the residents will make one . one of the secretary’s there as well was smoking on the job one morning when I went in to make a report she had a vape and a wax (weed) pen … she forgot she had them out for a few seconds then saw them and panicked and hid them from me . This is so unprofessional and something needs to be done about this please …. :/

On January 25th, I gave a 60 day notice to move out on March 27th to the folks at the front office. March 27th was also the last day of my 12 month lease. Then, on February 15, I got a phone call asking if I wanted to renew my lease or give a notice to the front office. I went in and talked to the same guy and told him that I had already given a notice and my plan to move out hadn't changed. He said sorry for the confusion, promised to talk to the other person about it, and asked me to sign another notice with the same info. He said he would take care of it. I moved out on the date I was supposed to, and a month later, I find out that I owe $1048 because they say I broke the lease, even though they never told me anything before. I had given them all the right info. Now, the office staff is acting like they don't know anything and they're not being helpful anymore. They owe me over $400, but instead, they're charging me $1048.
