Explanation is too long to fit here. I'll email you with all the details. I drove from *** and visited the complex on Feb 26th looking for a 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment. My must-have was a pool. They showed me a nice apartment with new appliances, countertops, and flooring. The layout was perfect. Tiffany said my apartment would be a bit different without a fireplace, but I would get the gold package with upgraded countertops, wood flooring, and new appliances. She wasn't sure if my appliances would be black or white, but she promised to let me know and send photos of my actual apartment. I had already put money down at another place, but after this visit, I decided to rent here. I signed the lease on March 26th. I emailed Tiffany twice asking for the photos, but she said the apartment wasn't ready yet and couldn't send any.
