Duckduckgo actively promotes this fraudulent company that cheats, scams, and cons people. This company promoted a item but they don't exist but to take your money. They figured a work around to avoid PayPal recovery. So, PayPal will not do anything. Not even report the scam. I assume the same goes for duckduckgo.
