I ordered a 360° Rotating Food Dispenser (two), but they sent me scarves :/ after complaining and requesting a refund, they emailed, that they could refund only if I sent back scarves... scammers! no ordered item, no refund... and shipment costs are higher than even product costs.

My order number is [protected] and I ordered it on the 30th of June 2022. Paid 56 eur (can provide bank payment)

Desired outcome: Refund

I also ordered Storage Boxes and after an extended amount of time, they sent me a cheap red scarf! Never did get my boxes but I did dispute the charge with American Express and got my money back! American Express may have a yearly charge but they save me so much money dealing with SCAMMERS like this!

I got scarves too. Very sad. I'm so sick of everywhere you turn people are stealing from you. I saw the ad on Facebook, the first page it linked to, I swear it said made and shipped in USA, that is why I felt comfortable to buy.

I purchased 4 sets so I'm out $75

I ordered a 360° Rotating Food Dispenser, but I didn't receive nothing yet after 6 weeks. I received a scarf but I am not sure if it's from this company. They did not answer to my email. Grrrr !

I ordered folding storage boxes and also got scarves. I didn't open the package and they tried everything they could to get me to open, wanting more details, wasn't I interested in seeing if I could keep them or gift them and they give 40% back, making the "scarves" $50 US versus the $5 they declared. They also tried the runaround blaming the supplier, insisting I needed to ship them back and they would refund the cost. I insisted on a shipping label, from them, but they insisted I should pay the return and get refunded when they received them. As I'd not opened the package I decided to refuse delivery and put it back in the mailbox. So the can pay the return shipping after all. Even after I said I was taking that route they still tried to insist I ship it at my expense. Sad, because those were really neat boxes. And there were a ton of comments on Facebook ad, it was very clever. The sheer number of people posting pictures is what made me trust. Attached a picture of the package of "scarves"

I ordered 2 storage bins that they charged my credit card for over a month ago and after 2 emails, I have gotten NOTHING for my 36.88 USD.
