Gioesz.com review: Case club xbox series x/s portable gaming station with built-in 24" 1080p 1

I am very upset. My boyfriend seen this website advertised and decided to check it out. What caught his interest was a Case they had on the website for $75. It had a built-in screen and space to hold An Xbox game system. It looked like a great buy because my boyfriend love gaming and his birthday was coming up. I purchased it on the website. They sent me an order form like any normal order, but I didn't get a tracking number for my purchase right away. They said they had to confirm my payment first before sending me a tracking number. Once they sent me the tracking number, I clicked on it, and it showed me where my supposed order was. Also, it seems like these emails were sent from someone's personal email. I waited 21 days to get my order and still nothing. I contacted the website "complaint email address" and they told me that the order said it was delivered. I already contacted my local postal service and they looked at the tracking number and said it didn't pull up anything in their system. They also felt like the tracking number looked like a scam.
