My reviews inexplicably deleted. Ghosted by Customer Service. A warning to Sitejabber users

I had my account for about a year and a half - 8 reviews (long and in depth) and nearly 30 helpful votes. I had another account here in the past, and never had any issues until now.

Last week I logged in to find ALL of my reviews GONE. I contacted customer service and they told me I never posted reviews on the account! They asked me if I deleted the reviews myself, which I DID NOT. They also asked me to verify some information, which I did. I sent screenshots proving I had nearly 300 profile views - which I wouldn't have if I never posted. After providing what they asked for, I never heard from customer service again.

I did not delete the reviews. No one I know personally has access to my account. Very odd. Hopefully a coincidence, but after posting a negative review for a site (playerup.com) with a very shady and criminal reputation (and getting a nasty response from the company directly), my reviews disappeared days later (all negative reviews for this site in particular vanish). Either the playerup rep knows someone at Sitejabber or it was a random hacker. Whatever the case, it wasn't handled properly (investigated, informing me of what went wrong, apologizing etc). Instead it was implied I deleted the reviews myself.

A warning to Sitejabber users - be aware all of your reviews could disappear overnight with zero real explanation from Sitejabber. I would never create another account here again.
