I upgraded my membership to deluxe, and it gave me a free green velvet fox, but I cannot find the adoption code. It's not listed in the order details. Shows the upgrade, and the fox but no adoption code. I have emailed 4 times already because apparently, they have no phone number. I also called Ganz and was told they couldn't help! Quick to take your money but super slow to respond and fix problem!

Recommendation: Buyer Beware
