KWS Windows Poor quality, no warranty, horrible man

This so called window company was used by the builder who wrecked our hopes of our dream house. After changing our plans to achieve a cheaper build, - we didn't know this and carried on paying as we thought we had a contract - he then employed this company to supply windows.
