The Coker team arrived on time as planned. They had a much better plan to lift the units than I had with less effort thus reducing time and the need to recharge the HVAC system. Well thought out professional job in-spite of the heat. Courteous and friendly men focused on getting the job done. W.C. Wright & Son has been taking care of my house since 1981. Highly recommend, Professional Engineer - retired.

Jeremy was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Not only did he come on Saturday to check out our issues, but actually arrived a bit early today. He took care of the problem and went above and beyond making sure we had the heat restored. I also want to thank Karen for her help with everything. I have used Wright a number of times over the last few years and appreciate everyone's professionalism.

Phillip was very prompt and professional. 3 stars mainly because their billing/invoice system gives a random price based on the job and you are not just given an hourly/service call rate up front. For example, I was charged $150 for a 1.5 hour repair to a water line and on a previous service call I was charged over $200 total for a wax ring replacement on a toilet and a new supply line (which was billed at $50) and only took an hour to complete. Once again, service is 2 thumbs up but pricing not so much. I always leave feeling a little gouged!
