We contracted with Jireh for a complete roof replacement. We could not have had a better experience. The entire team that managed our roof replacement were courteous, on time and very attentive to details. The install crew arrived on schedule and completed the job in one day. I recently contracted with JIREH General Contractors to replace my asphalt roof. Alex, the son of the owner, came out and talked with me. He was very pleasant and professional. He gave me all the information I needed about the work to be performed, the materials that would be used and he quoted me an excellent price. The workers arrived as scheduled, on time and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed. Ezekiel and Jireh General Contractors were amazing, very friendly and personable. We enjoyed our interaction. They transformed my private residence roofs, down spouts and deck to a master piece with their expert craftsmanship in three days. The products they use are premium grade and they take no short cuts. Ezekiel team is very proficient and respectful. They cleaned during and after each project was completed. Upon completion they performed an inspection. Excellent customer service, great workmanship, and punctual! The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped guide me through the process. He went above and beyond to help me find the appropriate color for the roof of my house. He answered all of my questions and was very prompt to respond to any of my messages. His team took their time to ensure that not one detail was missed. The house looked brand new afterwards. They really went above and beyond! 100 Stars! My experience this company was OUTSTANDING! True definition of Quality and customer service! I am originally from the south and it's easy to get used to the Southern Hospitality. They made me feel as though I was still in the South! Everyone I spoke to and dealt with were not only professional, but extremely courteous. The work was done fast, efficient and was priced Right! I'm so thankful for them as I had damage on Monday and they came and repaired everything by Wednesday. Amazing work! Fast and most importantly friendly. I will definitely be using them from now on! No questions asked!

Jireh General Contractors, LLC are the best in the business by far! Hector and the crews that work at Jireh always go above and beyond for their clients. Hector always takes the time to show you everything and explain it as well. They are the most honest and fair that I've come across in the business. They have satisfactorily completed multiple jobs for my family members and close friends in the DC, MD, and VA area. They have always been extremely knowledgeable and professional. I live in Southern Maryland and get an Average of 5 to 8 salesmen a week trying to get me to have their company put a roof on my home. I actually listen to each one of their sales pitch and then I decided to go with this company JIREH.It was a professional relationship from start to finish I was not promised anything I was not lied to. I was told exactly what was going to be done what materials would be used and the amount of the estimate that I was provide to give to my nsurance company shows everything that was told to me in person. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of services / repairs for their home. It was a very easy process working with Ramiro.

Excellent customer service! From the secretary, to the owners, to the guys placing the shingles they all were pleasant and very professionals. JIREH General Contractors helped us with the claim process due to wind and hail damage to our roof. They follow up with every single detail requested by our insurance company and were always accurate, and on time. They had a very professional way to make business They all tried to accommodate our requests and changes to the best of their abilities, and didn't miss a detail, or tried to fixed right away. Great workmanship, and punctual! They finished my roof in less than 36 hours. Now, my roof- and my entire house-looks beautiful with of high quality roof. This company knows how to work professionally, and to make business. I Highly recommend this company for a high quality roof job with excellent customer service! They delivered what they promised.

Excellent! I own and manage a large commercial airport property, and we have lots of contractors of various sorts doing various things. We needed a complete roof replacement and other miscellaneous repairs. around my home. When hiring any new contractor you have to go with your best 'hunch.' Because there are so many roofing contractors, when hiring one, 'You never know...' Pablo and JIREH were absolutely top notch all the way. No exxageration. Not only attentive to every detail, but their huge crew knocked off our 50 square (5,000sqft) roof IN A DAY. Even better, the crew was obviously used to working with each other, cohesive, efficient, and actually seemed to be having fun. They even had two people just cleaning the site all day. I had other roofing contractors try to sell lower quality materials at lower price, claiming the high end materials I wanted 'were 'not available.' Others were not nearly as responsive or professional. I recommend JIREH very highly, and will be using JIREH for other work, both residential and commercial.

There are two sides to this review. On one hand I had zero interaction with the boss man Hector and his crew. Based on the work performed, I would recommend this company 100%. I have recommended this company to no less than 3 people in my neighborhood. I have no complaints about the work performed. Top Notch! My complaint is mainly the sales guy Gonzalo. I can appreciate what his job entail but found him to be pushy and not willing to abide by standard practices of doing business. I had Gonzalo file the insurance claim for me and the insurance company approved his estimate, but when I asked for an invoice/bill to be provided, he didn't comply initially. In my case, my insurance company actually had a betterment roof addendum in the policy so they paid for not only the roof to be replaced but also improvements. Gonzalo had me ordering materials before the insurance company even approved the claim. According to Gonzalo, the process was I get a check from the insurance company and then I just sign the check over to Jireh/Gonzalo. Then they do the improvements and send the evidence to the insurance company and the insurance company issues a second check for the improvements at which point I sign the second check over to Jireh/Gonzalo. only after that does Jireh compile all the info for the bill and then they would reissue a check to me from them for the difference. You can see how this sounds like a scam. So my Spidey senses increased and I said, no I will not being paying any money until I receive a bill from Jireh Contractor for the work performed. Gonzalo showed up to my house of three more occasions asking for me to sign the insurance check over to him. on the third time, I made it clear that I was providing no payment until I received an actual bill rom the company. Three days later, I received a bill from Gonzalo's assistance Mariano. The bill was ~$300 more than the estimate that they provided to the insurance company. I have now received all funds from the insurance company and will be getting a certified check to pay the bill that was sent to me, but I would caution those of you in the future to not be pushed around by Gonzalo. Get a bill from the company. I will not be recommending Jireh Contracting in the future entirely based off of my interaction with public facing element of your sales team.
