The entire Main Street team was extremely helpful managing our insurance claim for storm damage to our roof. The sales rep thoroughly explained every step of the process and even held sample shingles up to our brick to find the perfect match. The installation team was prompt, polite, careful not to damage anything and had the entire project completed in one morning. And their customer service...best in class! I highly recommend Main Street.

Main Street General Contractors did a fantastic job with my roof replacement. They met every date that they said they would and did a quality job.

There was a storm in the my neighborhood and I had quite a bit of shingles come off my roof. Normally I paid a roofing place a couple of hundred to fix the broken shingles.. It turns that a few of my neighbors chose Main Street General contractors to do their roof. They had a advertising sign on their yards. I decided to give them a call. with in a day, they had some on my roof to review the condition of the roof. They pointed out the issues on the roof that I would not have seen on the street. I signed the paper work with them and assign them their adjusters to work with my insurance company. They got all my insurance information and schedule time to meet the insurance company. My insurance would not have approved me asking them to cover the damages. Main Street was able to work with my insurance to get the most money for my roof. with in a couple of weeks the insurance was approved. Fast forward a couple of weeks after my shingles were selected, main street got the roof removed and installed in a day and a half. I was able to get the nicer architectural singles instead of the 3 days. 5 stars for mainstreet

Good work and decent communications
Good work and decent communications. I was not made aware of need to have dish company put dish back up on roof. And crew drove off with my satalite dish and I had to chase them down the next day. Other than that issue things were good.

The siding used was of above average quality and the workmen were able to work around 4 children with no problem . The only negative comment I would have is cleanup could have been better. They did cleanup but I had to go around the house and collect what they had missed.

Our project was To change the siding and gutters to entire house and garage. It is rare to find a good and honest contractor that makes your life easier and stress free during a big project like this. Main Street General Contractors is all these They listen to our wishes and everything turned out way better. They showed up in time, moved fast, and clean after work every day. They even make sure no nails were left in the driveway. The workers take pride of their work. We had many projects around the house, and collaborate with many contractors, and all were very stressful. This was the first time STRESS FREE. Thanks so much for the good work to the entire team.
