Do not trust this company it is a lie the engineer came and try to charge more than what was quoted he tried to make me pay three times the amount for parts . When I said I would purchase them myself instead of transferring him the money he has yet to confirm or return to complete the job. I already paid him£75 and when he returned he would get the outstanding £4 so he knows i am paying for him to complete the job. It has been 4 weeks I have been trying to get in touch with the number on the website none of them work and no one is answering the emails. I sent him a message threatening to take him to court ( Steven is his name) and he finally answered saying he fulfilled his obligations. This man stole my money and I can’t get help from anyone on the customer service side of things. BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM

Engineer Darren came on 15/7 /2021 & claimed to have repaired dishwasher. I paid £94.80 & within 30 minutes I found it had not been mended. Since then I have called Service Site Limited every day to be told that I would get a call that day. Nothing! Have never had such poor service in all my 79 years!

Charged me £89.99 and sent an absolute idiot who didn't even repair my Washer.

They then said this was not their responsibility for the quality of work carried out by their contractors and then my payment was NOT refundable.

I've consulted a solicitor and they have done some searches on this Spike Patching who owns the company and he seems to have lots of different companies and different date of births registered with companies house.
