I was paying close to 300 a month for services that I was later told would not cover any of the issues I had because they weren't covered on the policy, then was told they weren't covered because they were pre-existing issues. I'm out over a grand now and was told I won't get any of that money back then was also called a liar by customer service to boot. Very unprofessional! The company is a scam.

Claimed loss: around if not a bit over 1,000 dollars.

Desired outcome: I would like the customer service rep I spoke with today to be fired as well as receive back all the funds I lost with that policy.
